This car wash was good at the beginning, the water pressures were good, the owners do not give the turbines proper maintenance, in case you wash the car and it remains the same

I paid for the less detailed interior cleaning and it was still the best interior job Ive ever had. They use fresh cloths for every car interior and used a high pressure air hose that got all the little hard to get particles from the hard to reach places. All the employees were super friendly and helpful. There are shaded seating areas outside in full view of the car area.. I wish we had one of these places in my hometown.

I like this place a lot! Have many amenities available, such as free air vacuums, free air for your tires, pressure air to clean, rugs cleaner, etc. So far no complains. I have a membership with them and is going good so far. 👍🏼🚙

I got the basic wash, but I really came for the interior detailing, which cost only $15!!. We had taken our rental car to the beach and sand was everywhere. The guy made it look and smell like a new car again! I was so grateful to find this place.. I had almost went to a regular detailing shop which would have cost ten times as much.

Go there every week love the service and will continue to use it. Only quEstion is can I just vacuum and leave or do I have to get a car wash??

Worst service of car wash I have ever had. I went a couple of days ago and I payed almost $140 to have my car washed including seats washing and the seats stills smelling like smoke. The glove compartment was really nasty, also the floor. I do not recomend this place. I feel cheated.

I HAVE A FAST PASS AND HAVE HAD IT AWHILE AND NEVER HAD ISSUES, I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW CAR AND WAS A BIT SKEPTICAL ABOUT GOING THROUGH THE MACHINE BECAUSE I DIDN’T WANT MY CAR TO GET SCRATCHED UP. BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS MY RIMS GETTING SCRATCHED UP AND I SPOKE WITH TWO MANAGERS TYRONE WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT THE OTHER GUY WHO’S NAME I DIDN’T GET SIMPLY BRUSHED IT OFF AND STATED MY TIRE SCRATCHES CAME FROM SIDEWALKS AND THAT THE MACHINE DON’T TOUCH THE TIRES. HE PROCEEDED TO WALK AWAY AND TYRONE WENT TO LOOK AT THE VIDEO BUT OF COURSE THE SCRATCHES ARE GOING TO SHOW IF YOU ONLY LOOKED AT THE VIDEO FROM 3 DAYS PRIOR TO TODAY. YOU COULD EVEN HEAR THE MACHINE SCRATCHING MY TIRES AS I GO THROUGH IT BUT I NEVER NOTICED THE SCRATCHES UNTIL TODAY WHEN IT WAS POINTED OUT TO ME. BECAUSE OF THAT I CANCELED MY FAST PASS AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT MY RIMS.

Great job washing your car as long as u pay the higher price for the job. Was told SUV pay extra $20, so be careful what you order. I paid $35. For in & out service, $10. For a wash, $20. Because it was a SUV. Would have given 5 star but $20. SUV charge killed it. Overall very happy with the service.

I have been using it since 2017, since the first time I use it, for me personally it is the best Car Wash, in all aspects and its employees an excellent service. I come once a year from las Vegas NV to visit my 90 yr old father, and he loves to have his pathfinder wash, waxed and detailed here with busy bee 🐝, manager was very friendly and helpful with the wax and interior clean up procedure must say ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way ..

I frequent this place due to the location. It is ok, not great. Half the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The other half are creepers.

Best place to pamper your car. The prices are reasonable and the options are endless to fit your budget. I chose the drive-in car wash option and since it was the Saturday before Easter, it was uncommonly easy to get in and out quickly.

I was so disappointed on the car wash I got. It was my very first time at Busy Bee in Cutler Bay and my first time ever paying for an interior detailing after reading such positive reviews my expectations were high but I was so disappointed of the subpar cleaning they did. I was there yesterday Feb 16 at 830 am I got the “best” package that I was offered to me that was the $20 outside wash and the $35 “ Intensive interior cleaning” I was the first and only customer at that time as I wanted to make sure there was no rush on cleaning my car. They advertise the interior package starts with a “fog disinfectant” for protection at the beginning of the cleaning which I though was amazing for both me and the workers safety but it was never done, I was sitting right in front of my car and I didn’t see anything like that being done. The guy seemed to take his time and after the guy was done cleaning the car I proceeded to check the car. As anybody that has ever cleaned a car knows the center console, cup holders, and inside door handles and buttons is where all the grime gets accumulated and that’s where you can really see if the car was properly cleaned. As you can already imagine they were not and they had all the grime and dirt but now they were also wet and they didn’t even insert a towel to dry it after they sprayed them with the cleaning solution. The $35 “ Intensive interior cleaning” is advertised as grime and scuff marks are scrubbed and removed. There was absolutely no scrubbing done to any part of the interior, this was nothing more than a spray and wipe cleaning. I brought the dirty parts to the attention of the guy and we immediately with great attitude said “I’ll spray it and wipe it again”, I thought great maybe he just missed it. He did that I got in the car and drove right to the exit and as I look left through my window to pull out I see nasty grime all over. I turn back around and pull up again and I tell the guy I’m not happy the car. Its dirty all over. His reply again with good attitude I must say “it doesn’t clean but I’ll spray it again” as I check everything again I see the cup holder still dirty with grime at the bottom after he cleaned it for a second time so as he is cleaning the inside of the door I go to the cart and grab a spray bottle and a towel and I find myself cleaning my own car after paying $60 to have it done. As I’m doing this I keep finding more and more problems and I see how the guys is cleaning and I see exactly that, there is no “grime or scuff removing” the guy is literally doing nothing more than spray and wipe. I’m cleaning my window and getting frustrated and as I decide to go an speak with the manager is start pouring rain and wind is blowing I’m getting wet and the interior too. At this point I have no option but to leave. I had to go to store buy cleaning supplies to clean my car. What a bad experience for my first time I decide to not do the job my self and trusted the professionals at Busy Bee to do a better job. I have all the pictures but I don’t see an option for posting them here.

If you have a luxury car DO NOT take your car thru this car wash2 of vents from the hood of my car came off and distroyed in the car washi paid for the top quality one, after coming out of the car wash the employee filled out a claim form and him and the manager told me they might take care of the promblem MIGHT! im sorry but thats not the way you do business. STAY AWAY if you care about your car.

The person that worked on car was Ralph. He did a phenomenal job. My car looked like I just left the dealership. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location if you are looking for a great detailed cleaning of your vehicle.

Do not use this car wash business they ripped off your money quickly. I spent 20 buck in 2 min and the rest of the time I was waiting in the line. When I finished, my car still dirty without any help. This business is to steal people’s money no a car wash service properly. Star minus cero.

Pretty decent wash. Prices have gone up in the past year. It was also really busy when I went on a weekend. Expect to wait about 20 mins and pay about 20 bucks.

This place is like al the rest. Material hanging down to mess up your car, high price for a horrible job. You still have to get out and wipe the dirt off of your car and it breaks the windshield wipers.

Super how can vacuum yourself. Do as good job vacuuming as you want. The actual wash is reasonably priced and even economy wash is a great job. Will return again!

The usual Sunday morning crowd and AGAIN the rear end vaccums arent working so I didnt get to vaccum AGAIN.

My detailer took his time to clean my car and did a once over at the end. Very polite and patient with my requests. Did everything possible to make me happy.

I was being charged unknowingly for a monthly car wash ... so I contacted customer service they were unable to refund me the money they only offered a, $40 gift card and I was only able to use it once for a simple car wash... when I came back to used the rest of the funds the gift card did not have any funds... I contacted customer service and I have yet to hear from them yet

I got a wash and they cleaned the inside. I got in and my car looked brand new! I loved it! I was so happy they do great work✨✨💕

You just drive your car through this car wash and hope nothing happens to your car if it does they don’t really care they just want cars to keep going through the car wash and making money. Never seen something like this. Terrible customer service. Beware.

Fast and good service

Got the Honey car wash, did a decent job for an automated car wash. Free access to the vacuum is nice, although do that first if youre going for a wash; if you do it after its a bit contrived to get out. Whole the cheapest wax is 35 dollars, the two better ones are 90+ and 110+ dollars, and this weekend they said it would take 2 hours to do it. Which is not totally unreasonable, but I dont have the time to do it. I plan to come back on a weekday to get that done. Other than that not too shabby. Do also remember to turn off your brake hold when in the tunnel!

I decided to go & vacuum myself. Very busy at 10:30 am. They have the air blower installed now in the self vacuum areas, YAY, now I can get that trash in those hidden areas. Beware, I used the wash & recept printed twice, but only billed once. I was curious so I inquired they say its an printer error. Just double check your account to be on safe side

I went all in. I did an intensive interior cleaning and the honey...something or other exterior wash.First: They dont try to upsell you and get you to buy nonsense you dont need. You say what you want they give it to you. Simple. 5 stars for thatNext:I had a young man named Tyshaun Tillman (Im probably butchering the spelling) service my car. He was amazing. Every time I looked up this man is working hard, using elbow grease and precision to get in all the nooks of my car. This was no absent minded quick clean. Yes it took a minute but when he was done my car looked like the first time I saw it on the lot!10/10 would go again to get help from Mr. Tillman :).Ask for him when you go!!

Always a great experience at Busy Bee. They have plenty of free vacuums to make sure the inside of your car is as clean as the outside will be once you go through the wash. The outside wash is quick and easy.

My car has been dirty for a long time and needed a wash, so i decided to stop by Busy bee to get a complete clean, and let me tell you, i did not regret that decision. My car looks sparkling clean inside and out. It was done so well I will be bringing by all the cars in my lot for a wash. I just want to thank whoever it was that cleaned my car, for pushing thru all the mess and not giving up like i always do. Thank you Busy Bee i will be seeing you again, soon.

For the price it is great. I prefer a touchless car wash. In the past, the smell of the soap outside enters the vent and it is refrshing. Today, the smell was not good at all, but the car was clean. The self vacuum section is good and easy to use.

I really like this place. U get free vacuum with great suction to clean the car. Also, u get to brush your car manually with a brush that they provide to reach those hard to reach areas like the wheels and license plate holder. The actual car wash is pretty good and very affordable for a simple wash.

I’ve been a busy bee customer for over three years I also have the fast pass which I pay $45 a month for on a Sunday I came by and it was fairly busy but I pay for the fast pass to avoid the line the young man in the front told me to go around where there was a line that was ridiculous. I wanted to leave and use the side exit that they have but unfortunately the young man told me I could not leave I would have to go through the car wash. I pay $45 a month to avoid things like this and then when I get to the front of the line there was nobody waiting on the other side where the fast pass usually goes I was completely upset. Very unprofessional

Very convenient, total non-contact car wash ideal for the COVID-era. Only problem is water-spotting. Must dry off car yourself as soon as you get home. Pay by the month and you can drive thru every day of the month.

I enter the wrong lane for the free vacuum. And this lady that works for your company got very agresive. If she would come to me with a different attitude, things would be different. I didnt want to cut anyone. Thats why I give you one star. I wont come back AGAIN to Busy Bee.

This car wash is convenient. It has self served vacuums, sink and carpet cleaner. You can even pay for a monthly subscription for daily washes. You can pay for full cleaning packages which can add up pretty quickly. However, due to set up, convenience and service, there are no other car cleaning places in South Dade County that can compare.

This place met my expectations. The only suggestion I have for management is to improve signage to and from the area where you could vacuum your own vehicle. I had some trouble finding this area after the wash and it wasnt clear how to get back to US1 from this area afterwards as there are no exit signs.

Only come here for detailing if you want to waste hours of your time for an extremely mediocre job.

Ty and his partner at the entrance of the car wash paid special attention to all the bugs on my fender and windshield! I came a day before and it was as if nothing happened. Big difference today just a little bit more spray and a scrub brush attention for about a minute makes a whole big of a difference thank you for working hard and paying special attention.

A+ car wash place

Busted credit card machine doesnt work. Cant insert card properly from vehicle, so manager coming out to insert the card himself into the machine DOESNT mean the machine is working properly. If the machine doesnt function AS IT WAS DESIGNED to then it doesnt work. I used two different cards and flipped them both ways, even following the backwards instructions. Machine still did not take the card until I honked for someone to come out and do it.

Love this place. If you find yourself passing by here everyday anyway, you might as well get your car washed on the way. I pay monthly. Its cheaper and my truck stays clean. If theres a lot of traffic, dont make a left turn coming out. To many accidents this way.
