Had a great experience working with the guys at Water Fantaseas. We booked the Solstice Yacht for 24 people for a 40th birthday celebration.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. I called today - talked to a Paul. He transferred me to an Arnoldo. Arnoldo was very rude, stating he had thrown my clients previous proposal away - very dry and NOT accommodating at all - customers should always be treated with dignity and respect. This company WATER FANTASEAS is laughable. Do not - I repeat Do not rent a boat from here.

We decided to host our baby shower on their Midnight Sun Yacht. The service was AMAZING from start to finish. We had 50 guest and every last one of them had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, customer service and delicious food. We did a mid day sail for 4 hours and it was worth every penny! Bill made everything so easy and convenient the day off the shower. We will definitely plan future event with them! Thank you to the entire team at Water Fantaseas for making our day unforgettable.

Their customer service is horrible DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. My first mind told me not to rent here when he advised me they only took wire transfer as a payment method. I spoke to him personally and advised him I didnt feel comfortable with a unsecured payment he advised me that if anything happens we would get refund. Due to a last minute shut down our Airbnb got canceled also he advised us we could no longer do jet skies because it would be to obvious. Well we had to cancel everything he will not refund he keeps trying to give us credit when he never advised us it was non refundable I will see this company in court if they think they will keep my $4000

Scam will not refund you if something happens and you cant make it. He never advised my family once we paid it was non refundable. He was even willing to sneak us out there knowing it was only pose to be 13 people per yacht and it was 22 of us then comes bk to tell us we cant do jet skies anymore but will not refund us

The experience at MidnightSun exceeded my expectations! I hired the team for my office holiday party and everyone had an excellent time. The space was perfect to fit even a live music duo. The food was also great and the waiters were extremely nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

I went to Miami for my 30th birthday and decided to rent a yacht. I am so glad I ended up going with Water Fantaseas because they exceeded my expectations. The crew was great, the food was delicious, and the experience was one I will never forget. If you are thinking about renting a yacht, I would definitely go with Water Fantaseas. Great event on the Midnight Sun! We booked a 3 hour sail around the Miami real estate for our top real estate agent dinner in Miami. It was such a treat, from the beautiful ship, Midnight Sun, to the entire crew who welcomed us the entire evening as their guests. We went with the Epicurean dinner selection and it was superb! 5 stars, and I highly recommend!

What a spectacular event we had on the Solstice. From the event coordination with Paul and Bill to the actually event they where great to work with. The boat was perfect for our group of 34.
