My experience with Aqua Jet Miami was absolutely amazing from A to Z!!! 100/10 experience!! I did tubing followed by a boat tour. Oliver and Charlie are so optimistic, fun and bubbly. SUPER IMPORTANTLY, they put safety above everything. Definitely using this service again next time I visit Miami :))

Their sunset cruise around the Miami bay is amazing, definitely recommend if you’re visiting Miami! Captain Pat was a very knowledgeable about local scenery, the area, and the vessel itself. He was an excellent trained captain with many years on the sea and great stories, he will take music requests, and is a great photographer as well (lol). The vessel was very well kept, they do an excellent job providing for guests, they have soft beverages, ice and cups on board for anyone who likes to byob. 100% recommend!!!

This was my first time trying the flyboard and it was a great experience. Oliver provides great instructions, tips, and advice on how to control the flyboard and get the hang of it. Within 10 min I was in the air enjoying the views of Miami. Great experience!

Had the most amazing time with Tony and Blue!! Went with a group of 15 for a bachelorette party, they were so professional yet fun and Blue helped make the experience so upbeat! Took us to see houses and swam around for a little with a huge floatie and mat to lay on in the water. I will do this every time I come back to miami!

Hays was a good captain and instructor for wakeboarding. He had patience with my wife and I trying to get it right. Its not as easy as it seems lol and it was a great experience for a good price. The boat they use is top notch and comfortable as well. Hays has great love for the sport and Im glad he taught me first. All around great sport and super fun!!!

Me and my boyfriend decided to do this on a whelm . & let me say this was the absolute best experience I have ever had. I’ve been tubing MANY times before but never like this. Oscar was amazing. He made the ride thrilling and exciting also slightly scary lol but I would definitely recommend this to any one.

I very much liked the boat ride. Get so many positive emotions. It really was an hour and a half ride and because boat is fast we were able to see everything. It was beyond my expectations. Captain was a very nice cool guy. Highly recommend! Just a small advice, don’t forget to take into account downtown traffic and parking and definitely take some cash for a good tip.

I would recommend this company to all my coworkers and close friends when in Miami. I was looking to go sailing during my short weekend trip and all tours were sold out. I contacted Kira who responded quickly via phone or email. She was eager to help and every suggested other options for my party of 5. We were able to go out on Sunday afternoon with Stephan. He was great also. My girls and I had the best time on the boat with him. He danced laughed and joke with us and was very down to earth. The boat was also equipped with light soft drinks, water, and a bluetooth speaker. As we toured around Miami he showed us a few celebrity homes and landmarks. I cant wait to go back to Miami to book another tour with them. Thank you again Stephan and Kira for a great time. The bride was very happy.

Booked 2*20min fly at 3pmKira called and pushed it to 4:15 because of the weather.At 4:15 Oliver picked us up and we had a great time.Oliver is a great instructor and made it easy to learn.It was an amazing experience and totally worth the money!

Called in the morning and we got a reservation right away. Oliver and his partner taught us how to control the fly board so quickly, we were doing tricks in no time. Great operation, even better service! Definitely recommend!! Next time I’m in Miami, I’ll definitely be back!

My friend booked an 1hr to flyboard. Oliver was our instructor. He really helped me out with instructions & tips to get me up in the air & going. Great guy & the office staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend

What a very poor service. I booked online for1 hour of fly board for my nephew who was very excited; so we drove 35 minutes with all my family on a Sunday afternoon. We had to pay $50 to park our cars (because of a boat show) and when we arrived to their office there was nobody; I call the phone number and have been told that nobody would be able to take care of us because they were busy with other customers, and we will be reimbursed e...(at least!) That’s it. No sorry, no thank you, nothing....these people are not professional at all and I have been told that it’s very common with Aquajet. Very poor service all the time. Don’t book anything with them...

I payed for the experience with the flyboard and it was amazing and totally worthwhile. I couldn’t get there in the day I had scheduled because of the traffic, so I called them to reschedule for me as soon as possible since I had to fly the next day, and they made it work the better way out, the instructor shown up early so I could had this awesome experience. The instructor explain the instructions and safeties very well, which makes you comfortable with the sport and so you know what to expect.I wish I had known about the military discount before, but maybe next time.

We as a family wanted to recognize the entire staff at aqua Jet Miami!!! We did the boat tour of Biscayne with some friends. Fabrizio was our captain. He was a fantastic guide and very accommodating. The ride itself was great too. A very relaxing trip around the bay with plenty of opportunities for photos. I would definitely recommend this and I wouldnt hesitate to go on it again.

Jetpack is not as easy as it looks. For me, I think you should have a good arm strength to stay in the neutral position. My instructor, Oliver was great and kept me alive 😂 . He recommended to do flyboard instead and I wished I had listens to him 😂. For first timers, be prepared to drink plenty of salt waters. Don’t play hungry.

My wife booked a jetpack experience for my as a birthday gift for Saturday July 14 2018. We arrived 45 minutes early to check in and Oliver was there to help us. He asked if we wanted to go then instead of waiting the 45 min and we thought that was great! Oliver was our boat driver and instructor for the day, and he was WONDERFUL!!! He recommended that I try the flyboard as opposed to the jetpack as the flyboard is more suited for first times, much less heavy, and generally more fun. I agreed and I am GLAD I did! Oliver really took his time with me going over all of the basics of the flyboard to ensure a great time. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was AWESOME! I cannot say enough great things about Oliver as well as the entire experience with Aquajet Miami! If you have not tried flyboarding, you NEED to try it ASAP! There are several companies that offer flyboards, but THIS is the place to go! We will be returning very soon! Thank you Oliver for a GREAT experience!!!

I have heard of Aquajet Miami on social medias and decided to give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed at all!!! The team is very sweet and really customer-service oriented. From the booking to the flight, the Aquajet team took care of me and answered all my questions.The instructions were clear and easy and the instructor very friendly!Once I was in the water with the Aquajet on my back, I felt safe because I had a life jacket, a helmet and best of all, the device floats!In around 5 min I was able to fly! However, I would recommend the 25 min package for first timers so you’ll be very confortable riding the toy.Definitely worth the money and one of the best activity in Miami!Thank you so much for the experience!

I had an amazing experience thanks to aquajet.The jetpack is great, for a couple of minutes I was feeling as Iroman flying on the water!It was my first time doing this kind of extreme sport so I was feeling a little nervous, but the instructors gave me the perfect tips to make me feel comfortable using the jetpack from the beginning. They are a great team!I highly recommend to try aquajet!
