Hazel and everyone was so great and made our whole wedding experience as painless and easy as possible. They were so patient and made our wedding dreams come true. Everyone from the crew down to the person doing the ceremony was so attentive and went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams be the best they could be. The food was really good. If you want the wedding of your dreams look no further. I would definitely recommend doing the 6 hrs vs the 4 hrs. We are glad in the end we spent the little bit extra for them extra 2 hrs.

50th birthday party nightmare With American Yacht/Miami Boat. My wife and I booked the celebration yacht back in February for my 50th birthday for July 3 2021. We had a conversation in the beginning of April where she mentioned to us the Yacht will be onder renovation but will be ready for our date. And the yacht comes with a Dj and Photography. So We have been trying to get in touch with the DJ from mid April to 3 weeks before my date to get familiar with him (THAT NEVER HAPPENED). So the day before we put in our final numbers We got an email. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL from Hazel Johnson Stating that the yacht would not be ready for our event. So just imagine you live in a different state and you have vendor and 67 people coming from different States to celebrate with you, and you get this message. SO EVERYTHING CHANGED. We had to find a next Yacht for one of the Busses weekend Of the year 4th of July. By luck she end up get a yacht with a different time schedule with no photographer or DJ. Also that setup that we agree on to greet the guest with champagne and white I didnt get that either. So she tried to get me a DJ that cost $600 With no pafolio and didnt have any Idea of the music we were looking for. So I ended up spending a extra $1000 to find me a DJ in one week. We actually ended up spending a extra a extra $4000 in the final week of my event. It was very stressful for me and my wife and heartbreaking to know this is the how my 50th birthday turned out. SEE YOU IN COURT! . LIKE I SIDE, WE HAD TWO WEEKS PEREIRA TO THE EVENT TO GIVE OUR FINAL NUMBERS. SO IT DOESNT MATTER IF WE ADDED 32 MORE GUESTS. (THE YACHT HOLDS 120 PEOPLE ) AND MONEY WAS NEVER A PROBLEM. YOU GOT YOUR WIRE TRANSFER THE DAY!!

This review is way overdue, but its important nonetheless. We worked with Hazel at American Yacht to book the Midnight Sun as a welcome cruise to our Wedding Weekend for 100 people and it went beautifully. The ship, the staff, the food, the bartenders and the sound system were all wonderful. It was a risk for us to put our trust in this company as we are not from Miami and had never chartered a boat of this size, but American Yacht handled everything beautifully.Thank you.

Highlight of the trip! The boat and crew were amazing. We had great food catered and an open bar with an amazing bar tender. The staff was very attentive and provided for anything we needed. All very professional. Highly recommend.

The charter and crew were awesome to work with . Very nice people and charter was clean and organized. However, we booked our charter with Hazel Johnson. She included a bar with liquor in our contract and told us the DAY before that we will no longer have liquor on the boat (we contacted her, she didn’t contact us). I paid for it and then she told me I can’t get a refund or anything to substitute this and that I’m able to cancel the charter with NO refund . So I had no choice . She was very unreliable and not easy to work with. I recommend booking with ANYONE else other than Hazel Johnson. She does not stay true to her word and is inconsistent . I wish I booked with someone else . Very disappointed.

We used American Yacht company for a corporate outing and it was phenomenal. We boarded the Biscayne Lady and were greeted with champagne and the best waitstaff. The dinner was delicious and of course, the drinks well-made. The views spectacular (especially from the upper deck) and the boat itself a wonderful, luxurious experience. Our customers on board said this was by far one of the best business related outings they had been on and we got rave reviews. I cannot recommend enough! And the behind-the-scenes prep work was a breeze with Biancas help making sure we were all set with the little details leading up to the event. A great experience and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch private charter.

Just had my wedding held aboard the Celebration Yacht and had an amazing time. All our guest raved about the food. The services was fantastic and very accommodating. Everyone danced all night and had a wonderful time. And even though planning a wedding is very stressful, Gail and Mike helped ease everything for me along the way. I would definitely use their services again.

The Charter onboard the Caribbean Spirit was wonderful. Beautifully executed from start to finish. I worked closely with Hazel on the front end of the planning and she was a dream. Very patient with our multitude of questions and extremely quick in reply which was amazing. Once onboard we had a wonderful experience. The catamaran was in great shape and with so many fun features. My group loved the bungee laying area at the front of the boat and the water trampoline so much. The floating lily pad was a huge hit as well. We brought our own caterer onboard in which the boat happily accommodated our request and the beverages were great. The bartender (did not get his name) was so friendly and nice. He quickly remembered what you last asked for and without hesitation you had a new cold beverage in your hand. The captain did a great job of making this personal to our group. When he saw they were loving the time at the sandbar he quickly asked if we wanted to extend our time there and skip the sightseeing. We are all locals so we loved that idea. It was great that he picked up on the vibe of the group and offered to adjust to fit our needs. All around a wonderful experience!
