In & out,good customer service & comfortable vibe

My father is very picky when it comes to a barbershop, but this barbershop has surpassed his standards! He was so pleased with their service, and they even gave him a discount! A ton of people need to know this barbershop!

Really love this place they do a great job. Last week i brought my son and this great barber Ace who will now be taking care of my son hair from.now on was nice enough to do his hair and drop him off at the nail salon next door while i did my.nails. really great

So funny how you can come to a review page of this place... and all the worst ones are haters... I’ve been cutting my hair with the owner for 12 years... if you are cheap and don’t tip do not go to a barbershop.. same thing as going to a restaurant. All the negative comments are clients that want a $12 haircut with a $45 service! And then some comments are old barbers that got fired for slacking! God watches everything! Love you tuti!

Walked in on a Tuesday around 6pm. Only 2 barbers were there so I got a seat with Estevan right away. He is a really talented Barber and takes his time. I can tell he values his craft. One thing different this place had from every other barber shop is the air guns. Man, that idea is fantastic. It feels good and helped the barber tremendously. I recommend this place highly. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is bc of the tiny razor cuts I got.

Thumbs Up is located in the heart of Miami. Minutes from my apartment in Brickell its less than a 10 minute drive. Esteban is the barber to see if you stop by Thumbs Up. He takes his time and a perfectionist when it comes to cutting hair. Esteban is extremely skilled with the clippers and makes you walk out with confidence. A true professional and a asset to Thumbs Up.

Amanda is the greatest barber in Miami, place is clean & a fun environment

Worst barbershop ever Amanda even asked for the tip before the cut 🤦🏻‍♂️ After making appointments she ignores you and takes long breaks without any regard to the client and plays Ashanti till your begging to leave. She can fade but is terrible with the scissors. She overcharges and has poor customer service skills. I use to get my cut their from Danilo but since he moved from there like so many other barbers I now go where he is located just a few blocks away from this shop called Popeyes VIP Barbershop for a perfect cut with a barber that makes you feel VIP. I will never cut my hair from a this place ever 0 stars.

It’s hard to find a good barbershop and even harder to find the right barber so I was lucky to find Thumps Up Miami Barbershop which I’ve been a loyal client for almost three years now and is not only because they have a nice establishment but the staff there are cool and talented, I personally kept going to freshen up my look with Estevan who always makes sure his clients get exactly the look they want so I give you all a Doble Thumbs Up

My man Esteban is the only barber I trust with my cut . He is a consummate professional, always on time, and most importantly takes his time. Definitely make an appointment, you will not regret it.

I got the cut I wanted. The barbers seem to know what there doing for the most part. Only down side is Tuesday is supposed to be $10 cuts but they charge full price.

Super disappointed...We finally thought we found a permanent place for the guys in our house to go on a regular with a good barber right by our house. After talking with her for several weeks trying to get seen at a good time for both of us we finally got to meet up there. We had discussed pricing before and she knew we were trying to do theTuesday special prices.- but on Tuesday that we went she canceled because she got busy, so she said don’t worry I got you when u come back. But nada ....... we actually not only didn’t get the deal we thought we were getting but on top of that ended up paying more then everywhere else ! $45 for my dude and son ...Sucks but oh well lose some win some ~. Guess my hopes were too high on this place lol

Apart from that it is a factory since when I told the barber that I wanted to see in the mirror how the cut was going he tells me that no because he was wasting a lot of time and although it was already 9:30 pm and they were about to close, lousy customer service. The other thing was that I put my Bluetooth Bose badly in his cabin where he has his scissors and when I left I forgot to take it, unbelievable the next day when he located it to the barber he tells me that he had not left anything there, I asked for the cameras security and tells me that they have 6 months that does not work Finally, I talked to the owner who on purpose was very kind and tells me to go back to the barber shop if they appeared, I contacted the barber who told me that you were going to give me my Bluetooth money and when it arrives everything goes aggressive telling me that the he got up to $ 150 in a parakeet and earned at least $ 200 a day on bad days that he didnt need to stay with them. I honestly never write a comment but this time I did it because I dont want it to happen to you. Well, you can expect a vicious person who seeks Gods favor and fails when he is subjected to the temptation to take what is not his.
