Good cuts at a good price. They just arent always open when Google says they are so call ahead which is why I took a star.drove there twice early and they were closed..Also if they speak English its not their specialty. So dont come without a picture or idea how to explain what you want in Spanish.

Went here again for third time, consistent quality cut for a reasonable price (which has been super hard to find in downtown/Brickell). Very clean with a convenient location right across the bridge. Highly recommend

I saw the sign in front of the barbershop that is $20 for the cut. Called and spoke with the barber. Asked about the price for just beard and eyebrows. Tells me he cannot give price over the phone and its the policy. Informed Ill come by and ask. Never heard of any barbershop will not give prices over the phone. Came in and spoke with same barber, looks to be the owner. Ask same question for just eyebrows and beard for clean up. $30?????? Ridiculously thats not how much you should charge a customer. Other barbers charge $15 for just eyebrows and beard, but $30???? Not good place to go to.

Great place to get your haircut! I always get mine with Jorge (the owner). I have been cutting my hair with him for almost 5 years now! Other barbers also do a great job... Every once in a blue moon when Jorge is not in, Ill get my hair cut with one of the other barbers.

I came so many times in this barber and the owner always cut my hair. He always did a great job. But I recently went there and a guy named Luis cut my hair. I asked him to do the line of my upper Beard. Usually the owner is doing that for free. Luis told me that it’s going to be an extra of 25 $ just for the line. I didn’t asked him to trim or shave it. I tried to explain him that I usually don’t pay for that and he can just confirm that with the owner who usually cut my hair. I asked to speak with the owner because I’m coming there every week and i always take care of the barber leaving between 20 and 30 % tips. The guy get so pissed. He just gave me attitude and he was just screaming the name of the owner all over the shop. When the owner arrived they started talking in Spanish. I did learn Spanish at school so I understand a little. The guy who cut my hair was talking in front of me like I was invisible, cursing me and telling the owner that I was wrong. The owner couldn’t do anything except apologize for the situation. I’m working as a manager in a restaurant and I know what hospitality is. I don’t recommend that place because they don’t treat the customer the right way, that is unacceptable and that guys Luis should not work with people because he has no idea how to take care of customers.

Great service and cool people. They take time and energy to give you exactly what you want and they’re not concerned about getting you in and out. They want to ensure that you’ve gotten exactly the hair cut you asked for. If you like your cut they’ll take a picture of it to make sure that they keep your cut consistent the next time you come in. And you can’t beat the price for that location.

These guys really know how to cut hair! I came in around 2pm and Jorge immediately gave me a hot shave and haircut that was better than any that Id had recently. He come highly recommended by me and I will certainly revisit his barber shop in the future.

1. Have to go to another place to fix my fringe... Im a guy, nothing crazy was required, just wanted to be neat... I look like a Spock from Start Track...2. There was empty inside and my hairdresser was constantly talking to another guy super emotionally, half yelling... instead of concentrate on my hair he was definitely distracted by another hairdresser... I understand there was empty and they were bored and were discussing some important things but please pay more attention to the customer... you are here to work and make happy your customers, but unfortunately they are very busy with something else...I know you cant be perfect for everybody, thats true! I am a chef, I know you cant please 100% customers! But at least I always make sure my customers have all the attention and they leave maximum satisfied.________________________________________________________________________NOT GOING BACK, WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY

Absolutely do not go here if you are not Cuban. These guys dont speak English well and they discriminate against Americans who speak Spanish.
