This is the second and final time I let them mess up my hair. This time they took over 2 inches off my beard. It also took the dude 5 tries to get my mustache line close to right since he went to high on one side. Best you get is a fake sorry and a “don’t pay me” when it’s not about money, it’s about months of beard being gone.Best part is no manager or anyone to even complain to. It’s just barbers that work there. No accountability or care. These reviews I’m sure are high because they run a great social media system and make it look great. Do not do business here at all. I can’t even leave a negative feedback in their booking app which rates them five stars and both here and Facebook have less than that.

We moved to Miami last year and was referred to Fine Line Barbershop from a buddy. Online booking is super easy and convenient, and the shop has a laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Malcolm aka @Mista_Clippaz is consistent and does a great haircut! Highly recommended!!

Hands down the best barbershop in Miami. No gimmicks, just a traditional family friendly place. The barbers are mostly all very experienced. The parking is plentiful and you dont wait much because its by appointment. I havent cut my own hair in almost two years, but i take both my sons here and they love their reflection on the mirror every time. Joshua is a pro, and very polite and good with kids. I used to get cut by Fred, he is good too.

Let me start by saying that this is one of the best barber shops that I have ever been to, each and every one of the barbers that work here are great, but this time I had a bit of misunderstanding with Malcom, guy came at me with some attitude because I was 12 mins late. We all have our days, I get it and understand other appointments get backed up.I called ahead because well, after coming to this barbershop for about 4 years and never being late today I was, unfortunately I left my wallet home and I had to turn back... What I am trying to say is that there was no need for the attitude and to tell me that depending on my hair cut he was going to do it “oh I usually skip you if you’re late” (with an attitude) told him what I wanted, didn’t even looked at my face, “oh that’s not going to happen today I am going to give you a fast hair cut to the best of my abilities.”Hair cut was “alright,” no complains there, but there are better ways to explains and communicate when you are offering a service or dealing with customer service. Experience was not the best today, still I payed him $30 for the cut because the rest of the team here is amazing.Yes, come over to this barbershop, they are really good at what they do.06/05/22

Been cutting my hair with John for 6 years and I have never looked back best barber i have been to. Everytime I get a cut from him i get compliments anywhere i go. Any barber in this location is a complete professional. Appointments are always on time and the place is always sparkling clean.

Great haircuts and greatest customer service

I set up an appointment and they called my cell as I was walking in saying that the person that was gonna cut my hair was gonna be late but also had two people in front of me. Mind you my appointment was about 20 min from when I received this phone call and I was already there. I had to pretty much beg for someone to still be able to give me a tape up which doesn’t take longer than maybe 15 min if the barber takes his time. After much back and forth someone was willing to do the tape up. They also over charged me for it and it was mediocre at best. There might be like 3 decent barbers but the rest of them just talk among’s themselves not paying attention to what they are doing or waist your time by not showing up to your set appointment. This also wasn’t the first time it happened either it’s really hit or miss.

Been coming here for 10+ years and its always A1 service. Timely haircuts with barbers that are suitable for all ages with a friendly atmosphere...thanks Freddy and the whole Fineline team!

I called in to let the receptionist know that I’ll be late and they are kind enough to give me grace period of time. My barber Fred greeted me sincerely and with enthusiasm. I showed the photo of the haircut that I want and he achieved and exceeded my expectation he suggested to texturize the top so as it would look better . He’s so technical and honest because I want to have my forehead hairline to have line and the sides and he said no it would look better if there’s none. Again thanks Fred for a job well done.

This is definitely a top Barber shop. Ignore any of the negative reviews, they clearly were not made in good faith. Make an appointment online with your choice of Barber and they are excellent in sticking to that time frame. We all know its impossible to stick to appointments up to the minute but you can schedule in advance with confidence that your time is well respected here, not to mention the cut is always on point. Basically the best hair cut everytime.Yes the barbers socialize with each other and with clients, unless you prefer to just sit and chill which is cool too. Very positive atmosphere and everyone loves their craft. If its your first time do not worry, they all cut extremely well.

My 5 year old loves coming here and refuses to see any barber other than Ozzie. He does a great job on his hair and is awesome with kids and picky moms like myself! The best part is the no-fuss appointments using the Genbook app.

What can I say? To write 1000 word review to show love to this shop is doable, but i wont try cuz in the end it wont be enough to really say how fantastic this shop is to get a cut. My sons an I will come here no matter what part of the city we live in and if our barber is booked, theres another barber to handle it just as well. This is one of the best shops in Miami. The appointment system is probably one of the best features of coming here because it makes it easy on everybody and you dont have to wonder if youre going to wait 30 minutes in the barbershop or 3 hours on any given day great tool.

I scheduled an appointment at this barbershop for 1:00. So 30 minutes before 1:00 my barber Ian texts me that hes going to be anywhere from 20 - 30 minutes late. Which i am fine with. So I go into the barbershop at 1:28 and my barber Ian had just started on cutting someone elses head, not finishing up but just starting. I will never schedule an appointment with Ian again.

I took my son to this shop over two years ago and John has been taking care of his hair since then always does a great job. My son also gets his hair cut with Malcom also an awesome barber. It is well known that teenagers are particular about their hair and my son is always happy with his haircut. This place is phenomenal, John always greets you and inform you ahead of time of any delays. Ive been shaving my head for last 10 years and havent been to a barber since and today I went to Fine line barbershop for the first time. My barber was Alex P. He did an amazing job. It was exactly what I wanted. From beginning to end My experience was like no other. I called to inquire and the front desk girl Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful. Poorly managed no one tells you that your best chance of even getting a haircut is to RSVP. Waited 15 mins to be told that the next appointment is in 4 1/2 hours. Prior to this visit went twice and the wait was over 2hrs? It’s like a women’s salon RSVP a month in advance for a haircut. At the end they do good haircuts but really worth the wait?...

After visiting a hairdresser I wanted to add some finesse to my tapered cut.Fineline Barbershop was recommended. I made an online booking. A confirmation email was sent within seconds. Im not a fan of barbershops as there is invariably a long wait so hoped booking would help.On arrival I was shown immediately to my barbers chair. DON tapered the back and sides of my hair like a G. He listened to my request and made suggestions on improving my cut.He is now my favourite barber in life!! I left feeling on top of the world. Wish he lived in the London...

Im not sure how the appointment system work.as it was my first time walking into this shop. I asked for first availble as a walk at 12:45 and was told 1:30 pm. I said it was fine and notified receptionist I was walking out and be back. I get back at 1:15 and sit down until 1:50pm thinking they were running late. Hey it happens some times. We I approached receptionist it she spun the story that one of the barbers had his 1:30 canceled but that I couldnt sit with him because they put another customers. Its 1:50pm and that customer wasnt even there. I was quoted that I now had to wait till 2:30pm?? I just left. Not going back

I love this barber shop! I get my boys ages 5 and 4 their haircuts here. Im not great with names, but faces I am quite well aware. So far the guys who had cut my boys hair have done and amazing job. Yes, it can be slow at times. Which is understandable. They have those with appointments that need to be taken care of first. This past Friday morning, the girl in the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and kind. She was taken orders to head out to the gas station and bakery, to get the barbers something. She asked if I wanted anything from the bakery. That was so sweet of her. She seemed cool and treated me like family. That made me feel great! Wish I knew her name. Like I said, Im not great with names, lol. Guess, Ill edit this on Monday or Tuesday and address her here professionally because she deserve it. Thank you! 😊

I have a great barber... been getting cut by him for a long time. The reason I don’t put 5 stars is because the receptionist (short, young, with a nose ring) is so rude. She gives me attitude when i forget to “check in” and she verbally abuses the barbers in front of customers and made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that this barber shop is amazing due to the skilled barbers. So I still recommend this shop!!

Made an appointment with the app and it didnt go through but I called and the girl working the front was nice enough to help me get a 8pm spot. I get there and waited for 45 minutes and just ended up walking out because my barber chino was busy. Whats the point of an appointment if they cant keep up with their schedules? Your still stuck just waiting. I gave 2 stars because the girl in the front was extremely helpful but I wouldnt recommend the hassle of this place for an average haircut, plenty of other shops in the area that care about their clients time.

Ive had my hair cut by a number of the barbers there and all have been great. Make sure to book an appointment through their website as the wait time for walk-ins can be long, especially on the weekend.Also keep in mind that they are cash only. They have an ATM onsite but there is obviously a fee.

Alex Parjus, The King of Pompadours is a title hes earned that Ive given him. He masterfully styles a pompadour the correct way regardless of length, style, or era of pompadour you want.Book appointments, or dont, this place is great.

I found Fineline on Instagram about a year and a half ago. I love how active they are and how every member of the team is proud to represent Fineline. As a business owner I admire the overall culture surrounding this shop. I spent months trying to get my boyfriend to come and get his hair cut here. He’s been going for about a year now and the experience every time is amazing! He gets his haircut with Joshua and he does a phenomenal job! ((Here’s a before/after)) ((((my man looks fiiiiiiiiiiine)))) Booking is always easy and service the minute you come in is on point. The only complaint I have is minimal but I wish rather than having the news on they would bump some music. I think it was bring to life the energy and get a conversation going amongst the clients, barbers and the girlfriends that wait 😂 all in all it’s a phenomenal business!

Worst barbershop experience ever !!! Youre greeted by a stoned looking women at the desk. And it doesnt end there you get to sit and watch your life fade away. As you watch as the barbers (losers whos live in the area) just walk in their friends and have them skip the entire line. Waited for over two hours to be told theres a lot of appointments. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN OR REFER SOMEONE.

I made an appointment with John Delgado got a confirmation from the crappy web app that they use, when I show up the receptionist tells me that he had just left. I asked if she could call him and have him come back since I drove all the way from Brickell she said no that the best she could do is sit my down with another barber which I have done in the past and they messed up my hair. In conclusion I will never come back to this barbershop again and suggest for people to find a place that keeps their appointment. Extremely unhappyResponse: More could have been done to at least make me feel that you people were trying. I wouldnt make up an appointment and drive from brickell just to see if I can fool you. I felt like I was being dismissed and thats unprofessional bottoms line.

I had such a great experience that he know cuts my whole family, I recommend John and his barbershop to everyone that will listen.
