I just had a super bad experience with this place and their staff. I had an appointment (pre-paid) at 4:15. I called them to explain that I was on my way, it was raining, and probably I would be late, like 4:30. They told me they couldn’t take me (for real? Just 10 to 15 minutes late). They offered me to do my haircut the following Monday, but the reason why I’m doing it on Saturday is that I must be at my office from Monday to Friday. So they charge me and don’t bring any solution. I will not go back to this place. Btw. I was a client since 2018

My hair was cut by an accomplished barber. My friend brought me to a fantastic and upscale barbershop close to our home. I was ecstatic with his work because it was so charming. At the time, I had no regrets about cutting my hair. I should strongly suggest you to all of my colleagues.

Honestly, the best barbershop I have ever been to. Diego helped me out. I came here before an even and they gave me the full experience. Hot shave, extreme detail on my cut, wax, etc. Highly recommend. Come ready to spend some cash though, but definitely worth it

Very nice and attentive barbershop. I paid US$50 dollars for regular hair-cut, but i guess it was worth, they washed my hair, the seat is really comfortable, it is very clean inside. And there is beautiful lady who offer an entrance drink like coffee, whisky and others.

Brought my boyfriend for the first time this week and let me say that the experience here is like no other. We were immediately greeted by a receptionist who offered us something to drink and helped him sit down with a barber. I don’t remember her name but it was the blonde lady who was so kind and attentive. Probably the best haircut he has ever gotten!! I recommend this place to all my male friends and associates. Amazing vibe.

I absolutely love this barbershop. I had a horrible experience across the street at barbershop finest which is not the finest at all. Victor fixed the mess they did across the street. Was very patient and very attentive. Loved his accent. My son usually gets his haircut with a Dominican but since we moved from Wisconsin I was looking for a BARBER HOME FOR MY SON. He is very picky and he GOT ALONG PERFECT WITH VICTOR. I RECOMMEND THIS BARBERSHOP TO ANYONE VERY NICE ENVIRONMENT AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could give Him 10 STARS.

I brought my son earlier today and I was so surprised by how different this barbershop was from the rest I’ve been to. I was greeted by the receptionist immediately and taken care of with no problem! The barber was so nice and they’re amazing with kids, so happy with the service. I’m definitely bringing my son again next time.

I am in town for a few months...i am from Boston and have had the same barber for 15 years...i am very particular about my hair...i walked in THE SPOT...I loved the shop...the decor etc...they sat me in Enriques chair...i explained what i wanted and he went to work..while getting my haircut i was offered coffee..water...cocktails...Enrique gave me one of the best haircuts i have ever had...i went back a few weeks later...he remembered me...knew the cut i wanted...once again i left feeling very pleased...THE SPOT will be my barbershop whenever i am in town..Enrique is the man!

I went In for a haircut and a shave. The haircut was fine literally just a buzz cut. You cant mess that up. Finally for the shave, I’ve been to several barber shops to get shaved and I’ve never had a problem with cuts or ingrown hairs. Or my face covered in ingrown hairs the next day. It was an unpleasant experience. $70 dollars to screw me over and a good $14 dollar tip just to top it off. I’ve been there before and this that was the last time. Thank you

Great service. Fifth location I visited and by far, my favorite. Mariana was extremely helpful and is awesome at making drinks (especially her coladas). It has a bunch of food places and stores surrounding this location to visit, giving you something to do before and after your haircut. Walter was my barber and I will be coming back for sure.

I’ve been coming with my boyfriend to The Spot for over a year now. My boyfriend has extremely difficult hair, so it’s never really easy to just find a new barber. That’s why when he found the shop on Coralway, it was a complete game changer. This place is INSANE. The customer service is honestly like no other, everyone is very professional and kind. Normally if I walked into just any regular barbershop, there would be a alarming discomfort. That’s definitely not the case here. The spot is a family friendly atmosphere, I feel at home every time I walk in. Plus, he always looks brand new every Friday. I hope everyone checks them out one day!

Took my son to get his haircut thursday And the barber was absolutely unbearable. Alisa could not bear with my child. I would not recommend anyone with children to get their child haircut at this barbershop. I mean if you can not have patience with children get another day job. She was very rude and impolite. Bottom line: Its too expensive for my budget. Service was OK. Nothing over the top..if you know what I mean. There are many, many affordable, and decent barbershops in that particular area..but, they probably dont have Hooters right next door. Could be a game changer for some.

I went for haircut on Sunday. The receptionist was nice but the barber that gave me a haircut was HORRIBLE. He cut the back of my neck. Cut my hair in less that 10 mins left a sideburn longer than the other. I tried to call the barbershop not only to find out this guy is the manager. Would not recommend to anyone HORRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERPRICED

Decided to give this place a shot. Out here on business and this barbershop is overpriced and the guy that took care of me Mack was in my opinion zoned out and kind of reeked of a pungent smell. Do not recommend this barbershop to anyone.

By far my best experience at a barbershop. I went with Dylan the barber. His customer service is excellent and most importantly hell leave you feeling brand new.

On the 4th of july i went there for a hair and beards cut and i was charged 75 u.s dollars this is unacceptable i hope people they read this review before they go to this place thank you diego who cut my hair i will never forget about this hair cut.i had been in this place before i was charged 35 dollars for hair and beards before in this place even this was expensive to me and this time i am charged 75 us dollars let me tell you something nobody ever took my money like this before when i hear how much it is i was speechless i couldnt find anything to say i hope no body visits this place again dont forget we all work hard for money you cant be just so dishonest to take money from the people go around this place any of the barbershop whatever you do with your hair and beards you wont be charged more than 35 dollars dont go to this place and help the opportunist people to take your money without deserving it and let them think that you are idiot because you just pay 75 u.s dollars for a simple hair and beards cut.

Really didn’t receive a good haircut. Wasn’t asked if I liked the cut before the guy attempted to put pomade in my hair, had to pull away and tell him take more off. The whole haircut was done with me facing away from the mirror as well.

He paid attention to what my husband was looking for. my son is specific when it comes to his beard and walter left it very detailed and at the end they were very satisfied with the haircuts.
