Wonderful insurance agency. Daniella is fantastic and helped me get amazing deals on my home and auto. She is extremely knowledgeable and always responds quickly. Highly recommend.
Received poor customer service from the receptionist to the actual insurance agent. I’ve had issues with autopay being cancelled without my authorization, to not receiving a call or email back after leaving several voicemails and messages to the front desk, and ultimately not receiving my refund after cancelling my policy a month ago. Granted, this is after being a loyal customer for 5 years and never having an issue with payment or being a fussy customer. Doesn’t make a difference whether you speak to the owner, or assistant. Such a shame.I’d go to another insurance company and agent.
I got a notification yesterday, March 30th, to pay my bill before March 28th. They removed the autopay I had on my account and the bill they sent arrived way past March 28th.Not a great way to notify.
