LM is the worse auto insurance you can waste your money on. Be smart. Use anyone else. They are specialists at taking your money, but if you ever have to use the policy.. forget about it. They have a system designed to confuse customers and the so called negotiation is a joke. They tell you what they are willing to give you and thats that. Their employees are rewarded on giving customers the minimum they can. They use un-trained and un-qualified people to evaluate your medical records such as x-rays.

Their quote was SEVERAL thousand dollars more than my current auto policy. Not sure how they are not hit with false advertising. b/t/w great driver history and no tickets on my record.

Bad service, no person contact, everything is on line, and there coverage is too high compared to other companies.

@ Agent frederick gosdenovich .Horrible customer service!!!, he doesnt like to service existing policies, wont return emails or calls, he only care about selling + making sale commissions . Stay away from this place, you are better off buying online.
