Very unhelpfully. Ive had insurance through them for years. I tried to make a policy change at this location. The women offered no help at all. She told me I would have to go to the location where I opened the policy, which was 25 miles away. I couldnt even get her to call them. She didnt even offer there phone number. I had to Google it and call myself. Not the way a long time customer should be treated.
