Ive had insurance through Accurate for the last two years which they provide and bill through our Mortgage company. We did not have to inquire or sign anything for our renewal last year. We received a notice from our Insurance carrier this year notifying that they would be force placing coverage. We had been emailing the agent for a few days before this. When we finally called Accurate they said that she was no longer with them and hence the lack of response. They promised to get back to me same day but did not. Called them today and they advised that they did not work with my prior carrier anymore and that my insurance would be going up approximately $1k because they had let it lapse and now we are in Hurricane season. UNBELIEVABLE! I blame the broker, not the agent that left. They need to keep tabs on their agents book of business and all policies produced by them. Unreal.

I did receive a response back this time, with the question I had. But, for some odd reason our emails get crossed up and Im told some times that they didnt receive an email from me when in fact I have sent an email. Which I then just forward my previous email to show date & time my email was sent. But, overall I guess the service is as best as it can be for contact of insurance needs.

I have been trying to contact the insurance company since Wednesday. I left a message with someone in the office and nobody has returned that call, any call since or several emails.

They charged a money 4723.05 dollars for a house policy one of its sellers or owner (Daniel Rafael Barros) for a whole year the property was without insurance and a year when the owner calls for the renewal said policy never appeared that is fraud scam because thanks God nothing happened in that year but if something happens (cyclone) and some damage happens, think about what could have happened and how much the owner could have lost.I do not recommend that company to anyone and I have all the tests one by one.
