It is really unfortunate that I recently had to cancel my insurance with State Farm. I have been with this agency since I got my drivers license 35+ years ago. I asked if they could help reduce my rate but the staff said there was nothing they could do. I went with another reliable company who advised me on options for coverage (numerous other companies also gave me options) and this reduced my rate. Funny that this company/agency couldnt do the same at this time. I have no tickets or accidents. I have been a very loyal customer for so many years and this is the thanks I get. I wonder if Ms. Gaines is aware of this .

Extremely difficult to get ahold of. ALWAYS on lunch break or out of the office. frustrating!

Used to be good but not so much anymore. the owner is never there as if she tries to avoid you. had the worst experience with the young lady in the front desk Sara, very snippy and rude. felt un-welcomed and left a very bad taste in my mouth

The agents are amazing. Very clean facility and well knowledgeable agents. They are always ready to assist. Hands down,... best location! Mr. Clayton was phenomenal!

This place is exceptional! It is a one stop shop for different kinds of insurance, investments and financial planning. Mrs. Gaines put me on the right path for my retirement before I retired.
