His employee sent the insurance by fax for 3 months to a phone number instead of a fax number until I realized about it and costed me $600 as he is not taking responsibility. (see attachments with the emails where I tell his employee he was sending it to the wrong number). See picture.... and it is my mortgage company fault he says. You want to deal with a company that take ownership of their mistakes and at least apologized. Imagine if you need them to help you with any claim .... it will always be someone else fault.

IF YOU HIRE THEM YOU MIGHT END UP WASTING A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO SOLVE THEIR MISTAKES AND COSTING YOU A LOT OF MONEY! I had my insurance with Martin Magliariano, an employee of Eduardo. My insurance was meant to renew in March but they reached out to me telling me that changing insurance to Alliance will reduced my insurance costs. I gave them the OK with the condition they submitted to payment to my escrow as I have already pay it thrown the escrow of the mortgage. In March I received a letter from my lender saying that I dont have insurance and therefore I will be charged for $5000 because of that. I wrote Martin and he said he will take care. Later I received another letter form the lender and I wrote again to Martin, he send me the proof that he has been sending the fax to the lender and I noticed he sent it to the customer service phone number and not to the Fax number (which was clearly stated in the letter). Later when it was finally paid seems the insurance company alliance cancelled the insurance because it got paid after 90 days, they blame the insurance but only proof of them trying to send the insurance to the lender is that Fax to the wrong number. The said I should cancel the check for the balance of the year of the insurance canceled and pay with a credit card a new policy which i did. They didnt say the new policy will not covered the dates between the day Alliance cancelled the insurance and teh day we were doing the new policy and the lender ended up charging me $600 for that reason. They say its the lender mistake but I think they have a lot of negligence and wrongdoing. I just wanted to give you this story because it can happen to you too and you should know who do you do business with. I dont know if the worst is the extra cost or that I was unissurance without knowing for a while because of their negligence. Just to clarify the lender is UWM second biggest lender in the US (I am sure owner says is their mistake and not his mistake but I bet you can figure it with the emails attached that they kept sending the letter to the customer service number and not to the fax number provided in the letter sent by UWM)
