This insurance company either: hires incompetent people OR they love to fill their pockets by playing stupid and making internal errors on purpose at the clients expense. I signed a contract with them through estrella insurance, and out of nowhere they charged me an extra $104 dollars just because “apparently” they made an internal error with the zip codes when giving me the price, mind you; this was almost a year later!!! They then refused to refund me so I had to do a chargeback through my bank. Do not trust them and never sign up for automatic payments with them. They do not call you to warn you of their OWN mistakes and just charge you, not once considering that they are causing a huge inconvenience. A bunch of scammers.
This vehicle insurance company has been charging me yearly 1k to 1200 per year extra on my premiums for 5yrs. when I do not have any SRs restrictions or DUIs on my record. Next month I shall be switching companies. Done...!!!

Hey guys Im telling you before it happen to you, these guys dont like paying out (not that insurance company like too but these guys are the worst of them all) they will go as far as jacked up price on you, report to credit bureaus and when confronted they sell your info and say they were hack please please Im begging you stay away from them. This has to be the WORST CAR INSURANCE EVER. Too bad I cant give them 0 stars. TWO MONTHS calling every single day, but no one answer the phone, no one calls back, ever. Its a dishonest business working outside the law. I will take them to court, theres no other way with them.

TERRIBLE!!! Nobody ever answers the phone. Bad business. Adjuster didn’t do her job. Manager doesn’t know how to communicate. I got into a car accident and it took them 3 months to send me a check and to work with me. Now that my car is all fixed I haven’t been able to get a hold of them and neither has the body shop. Its been 2 weeks since my car has been fixed, the car is just sitting in the parking lot collecting dust and dirt .Very shady and bad business. Extremely unprofessional! Needs new staff ASAP
It’s one of the worst auto insurances That you could possibly pick, They will steal your money your time and give you headaches, if you ever have an Accident they will do whatever they can to not help you or pay for any of the damages, and if you result injured they will try to not cover this either

I don’t recommend this insurance at all and the people who work at this place are very rude and arrogant.I had a car accident in March, and I had as a claim adjuster Nino Blackshire. She is very rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. She treated me as if I was retarded. This was my first car accident and she could have care less. Nino Blackshire you are a nasty woman.
Do not take Insurance from this Company, they keep stealing my money and one of my friend has the same problem with them and keep Charging you and take money from your debit card without your permission even though you pay, if you go to pay with cash in the next payment they charge you more than $12 each time you pay cash, keep charging you for no reason, I’m so glad I took me out from that disaster, Bad experience

This xfinity company is the worst, we got a total loss of the vehicle and they have not paid for the car, we have almost 3 months if the vehicle and we are still paying for it without using it, we have not been able to buy it again, we walk on foot, they do not solve anything, we call daily and we they pass with supervisors who never respond nor a star they deserve

For me the attention was very bad regarding my total loss process ... it took almost 4 months for all the procedures and nobody called to report the case as it was ... it gave me a great job the truth and to collect are the first To top it off they did not pay me what happened to me after a month of renra for its delay and I had to reimburse 365 dollars out of pocket for rent for its delay ... for me the insurance company that I do not recommend to anyone ... and very slow work and a lot of protocol ... to count ... to count that the appraisers do not call there and call them 10 times ... for me it was a very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone.
If you want to waste time and money hire this insurance! and see this office the attention is worse than going to any public entity in Latin America, I have gone three times and in no time they solved me, and in each visit they changed the repertoire; Whoever says he is doing well with this insurance is because he works in the company or has a family member there! the rest is the biggest scam in the US and I understand why 26% of drivers in Miami have no insurance.

Infinity and Kamper auto insurance are the worst insurance when it comes to paying for damages caused by their customers, since the person has insurance that covers damages to third parties and their own.
Staff with desires to work and help others, with respect, tolerance and sensitivity.
