Horsesh*t touring company. Terribly communicated agenda and an inaccurate time estimation. The tour guide himself was anything but impressive. Avoid at all costs.

WAS NOT VERY HAPPY THIS TIME!! had this company before and it was good they shuttled us around to our destinations held our luggage until we departed the airport ect!! this time Francisco picked up my boys before me which went fine i could not make it with them as my wife was sick and could not make the cruise i came in later that night and Francisco was to pick me up at the airport and did not show, the excuse was the driver fell asleep and i was told to take a cab to the hotel,, i was livid,, when i confronted francisco( the owner) he apologized for nothing,no im sorry!! no discount!! no nothing!! ok i thought NO TIP EITHER!! QUITE RUDE
