We loved our stay in this hotel. Front desk rep were so nice and helpful. Room and bathroom were super clean and neat. Only thing I think could be better is the hot breakfast. Also, ladies serving the breakfast can be a little nicer. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Definitely a clean place.Rooms are small but cozy and maintained very well. Pool, jacuzzi, gym available. Very good deal compared to the surrounding hotels which may be twice the price. Also secured parking.

Despite them spending a lot of money on making the outside and inside nicer they really did a poor job at it. The air conditioning systems were not upgraded at all and are on some sort of ecosystem thing that it only turns on when it senses movement. Which means when it is hot outside it takes forever to cool down especially when you can only lower the temp to 68 which even in the dead of night it does not reach. The wallpaper in my room was peeling in multiple places and the shower doors do not remain closed, so this resulted in a flooded bathroom. I had planned in the past to never stay here again, but with the renovation I was hoping for a change. Nope. I gave it two stars because they did offer to switch my rooms so they at least made an effort but that should not have to happen in my opinion, every room should be customer ready.

Inexpensive hotel that does not feel cheap! It’s the little things, you know? Super cordial and helpful front desk stuff, quiet rooms, easy late checkout, they even provide disinfectant wipes for the tv remote. The free airport shuttle only runs once an hour, which is less than convenient, but timed correctly it works well.

Great experience and we could see the airport. No plans noise, fabulous hot breakfast with omlettes, potatoes, Belgium waffles and the usual assorted pastries, breads and cereals. AC was a bit loud in the room, but the glorious cold air quickly made up for that. Microwave, fridge and large screen TV. Would recommend to friends.

Currently in the middle of my stay but we’re really enjoying our stay here. The girls at the front desk are super nice, attentive, informative and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean! Hallways, elevators, all common areas. Our room is perfect. We’re in a king suite. It is equipped with everything you need for a kitchen to cook & clean. The beds are comfy. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The pool area is nice. It’s not huge but it’s nice and it’s clean. The hot tub wasn’t hot nor were the jets working but it’s no big deal the pool is good. Parking is good. No issues. Parking is secure and only opens with room key. I noticed people complained about it being tight but we’re in a large suv and we fit just fine. Although it’s close to the airport i didn’t hear much plane traffic. Lastly, this hotel is on a very, very convenient corner. Shopping plaza across the street with Publix and other stores. There’s many fast food options & Walgreens and CVS. There’s gas close by that is only $305 anywhere else has been closer to $4. Very pleased with our stay here and we will be back!!!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I booked this hotel because it offered a free shuttle to the airport only to find out the shuttle only runs during certain hours so had to pay for a cab anyway. Would of rather stayed by the beach if I had known what they promised had strings attached!

Loved the room but woke up with bed bug bites all over my body (legs, back, arms). The attendant offered me a different room and free snacks but I figure, why would I want to be fed on again from a different room. The water from the shower also left a white chalky film on my skin. I just became a Hilton honors member but this will be my last time patronizing this company.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Great location if youre by the airport. There is a Publix (grocery store for you non-Floridians. lol.) across the street if you need food as well as a Burger King and McDonalds for those who like fast food (within walking distance). Breakfast is pretty much grab and go with a choice of eggs or potatoes (served by staff). Loved the parking garage as you need a room key to enter. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Like most hotels in the country during this time (COVID-19), youll have to call and ask for room service (towels, etc.). Quiet, safe and clean! There is a shuttle as well for those who need transportation to the airport.

My stay here has been absolutely wonderful!All the employees here are super nice and courteous! You get served fresh fresh breakfast from 8-10 am. Has its own free private parking in case you have a rental. This location is right in the middle so you are close to everything literally. A grocery store and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are very clean. You do have a hold deposit of $50 if your stay is less than 3 days and $250 if you stay more than 4 days. I definitely recommend!!

Our flight cancelled And we needed a hotel. We only had a few items in our carryon as we weren’t expecting to be stuck in Miami for the night.BOTTOM LINE:Hotel is great. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport.Grocery store across the street, along with a lot of restaurant choices including a good Cuban restaurant. All within a few minute walk. They also provide toothbrush and toothpaste if needed. Very clean hotel. Bathrooms are brightly lit. Plus they also have filtered water on the second floor so they’re not trying to kill the environment selling you $3 bottles of water.I’m now a Hampton fan whenever I need a room. They were great to us when we were out of options and for that I will always seek them out when needed.

I could not finish this review without mentioning the saint that god sent my way name Marie Teres. Marie made my stay even more enjoyable she took the time to not only make sure my room was clean but she offered a few words of encouragement while I was in so much pain.Despite her not being the person to clean my room the morning after, she stop by to check to see how i was feeling and offered a few laughs.. We had a WONDERFUL experience! The entire staff was amazing. They were all very nice and extremely helpful. Jennifer at the front desk is very kind and we truly appreciate all she did for us during out stay. She made us feel welcome and appreciated as well. They helped us get to the beach for free using the airport shuttle. Our flight left 7 hours after checkout. They happily kept our things for us so we did not have to walk around with them. It was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

This hotel is everything, I absolutely love it! I took lots of pictures. So many wonderful things I like, theres constant cleaning and sanitizing by staff. Theyre all wearing their masks correctly. Breakfast was delicious, and lots to choose from. The fresh pressed juice was on point. Clean room, comfortable beds, decorated so beautiful, Doesnt look like the typical hotel. Positive: The stores across the street Negative: The price is TOO MUCH! The mold or water stains on the ceiling. The remote for the window blinds didnt work. The fridge wasnt cooling good enough, it was too small and it didnt have a freezer section in it.

I would rate this hotel a 0 if I could the worst stay I could have imagined during my surgery. When I first arrived they didn’t have the room I paid for available because someone else extended their stay. They said they would have it available the next day and asked me to stay in a different room. The next day they told me they wouldn’t have my room available for all 9 days I paid because they just locked those rooms for corporate coming in. When I asked to be reimbursed for the difference in any way for this since I paid for the most expensive suite at this hotel they said I could only get a refund or downgrade the room because I paid through a third party (Expedia). It was like pulling teeth just trying to get decent customer service over the course of several days I had to reach out to Hilton corporate because no one at the front desk was equipped to handle my situation, the last thing they were doing was reaching out to their manager. To add onto that mess they have construction going on it’s constant it sounds like they are right above your room drilling or hammering between 8 AM-6 PM. The third day the room I paid for became available and they put us directly near their construction going on. I can’t believe the are able to uphold the Hilton name anytime we ask them anything they say they can’t control that but quality customer service is doing what you can especially since our situation has already been so inconvenient. Everyday loud emergency alarms go off in our room that tell you to evacuate. The first time we thought it was real and we were worried this was the second day after my surgery when we asked the front desk they said it’s just a test. No one informs you this is going to happen they just expect you to know that it’s a test and not the actual emergency alarm that goes off every time. Yesterday it went off 5 times throughout the day. Worst hotel stay of my life.

Even though part of the hotel is under construction, it was very clean (common areas and room). Felt very safe staying here in 2020. Staff very friendly and helpful! Travelled with our 16 month old and they had a pack and play already in hotel room, without asking! Jennifer at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful, friendly, and professional. Best front desk hospitality I have had in a while (and I travel a lot). Needed a ride to drop off rental car night before flight, and even though the shuttle wasn’t running at that moment, she provided a Lyft ride. It says “3 star” hotel on reviews, but honestly it was “5 star” service. Will stay here again, when we come back into town to go to FL Keys.

The hotel has a good presentation and rooms are modern and spacious. My suite had two closets one in the room and one in front with plenty of space. living-room is extended with a dinning table for 4 and a decent kitchen with modern appliances. There is a desk area for work with plenty of power outlet and a nice chair. The bed is confortable and windows have dual layers and roll down curtains. Lamps and lighting switch everywhere. It is 5 minutes away from the airport. Walgreens, cvs, Publix, Macdonald, Wendys and Burger King are one step out of the hotel. Its location is golden. It gets really busy during weekends, but there are always 2 or more ladies taking care of the reception and the shuttle driver is great. The only cons: room doors are mounted backwards, you will see how annoying it gets when walking and the dining table is extremely light, it shifts when seating, but nothing to worry about. its great and I was offered a top notch service.

No Hilton Honors recognition at check-in, did not honor room preferences despite asking for weeks in advance (just wanted a room away from the elevator as as light sleeper... was assigned right across), room had food odor and when asked the front desk for another room the response I got was sorry I cant, were sold out(with no empathy)... Maybe I really was the last arrival for the day at 7 PM and there was no wiggle room but there definitely could have been a different approach to this. The next morning I got a message from the FD asking how everything was so far and I informed them that I was not happy due to being woken up from all the elevator use.. no response...then that same day the HVAC unit stopped working and the room was 80 degrees. It took over1 hour to get someone to fix. First they told me the engineer was on break and he would come right after, then 30 min later I received a call that hes going on break now and will come up after. I had to rearrange plans to wait for this so that I could get ready in a room that wasnt so hot. There was no follow up by the front desk or management to ensure the problem was resolved. Communication between the hotel and the guest can make or break the stay and in this instance, it broke it.

I am giving this hotel a 3 star mostly for the breakfast lady, for the three days I stayed there she was very attentive, happy and the breakfast tasted delicious. The location is nice as well as there is a little shopping center across the hotel. I took a couple of stars because the place is extremely loud, you will hear the cars also you will here some of the employees arguing outside about their cleaning duties, I stayed there with my 1 year old who usually takes a nap at 1:00 p.m it was nearly impossible as I could hear people arguing outside my door. The front desk lady that works at night could be a little more helpful and customer oriented, I literally had to ask for the wifi password, what amenities they had, if they had a shuttle I’ve never experienced anyone like that at any hotel. The gentleman that works in the mornings on the other hand was very helpful. Overall is not a bad place if you are staying there for one night and you don’t have kids with you.

The hotel is going through major renovation yet they still charge full price. I have stayed here numerous times in the past and the breakfast use to be very good. Now the breakfast is terrible, no pastries, no muffins, no fruits. I said something about it and they tried to blame it on the pandemic. Lame excuse!

The service at this hotel was great! Our room was large enough for 5 of us comfortably and there was a small kitchenette with a full size fridge. The pool area was great!! Enjoyed the entire evening poolside every night we were there. And this hotel is in close proximity to a grocery store, nail salon and restaurants within walking distance, literally across the street from the hotel.

I stayed a week at the Hampton Inn. The hotel appears very old and run down. Upon check in, they notified me that they were under construction but said since I was on the 7th floor, I shouldn’t hear anything. WRONG! Bright and early, almost daily, I could here drillling and hammering outside of my window! There was literally scaffolding for the workers outside of my room window, so I’m not sure what made them think I wouldn’t hear anything. Obviously my room was in a construction area. So much for sleeping in and a relaxing get away..I would not stay here again.

I was staying here this weekend, Im disappointed that they didnt mention that the hotel is open while construction is going on at the same time, the pool is still being constructed as well, this Monday at 7 am the workers were already drilling away at their jobs, this allowed me zero sleep and was horrible, on the plus side the rooms were very nice, the breakfast was good and best of all were the employees who saved my experience.

Were in Miami for a cruise. This hotel is perfectly located near the airport and the port, and unlike some other hotels, its short walking distance to drugstores, restaurants and grocery store. I figured it can come in handy in case we need anything the last minute.After arriving at MIA, we followed HOTEL SHUTTLE signs and found the stop at Door 5 without problem. The hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes. No need to call the hotel or anything. *Heres a tip to spot the shuttle. They have 2 vans. One is covered in light blue decor, the other one is covered in colorful pictures. Both have 777 plate on the front bumper. Just make sure you confirm the hotel name and location with the driver.*After checked in at hotel, we asked about booking a shuttle to port the next day. Its $10/person. The staff then wrote me a receipt. All we had to do the next morning was at the lobby 10 mins before scheduled time, handed the receipt and $20 cash to the driver. Its a breeze. Before we know it were at the port. We also had complimentary breakfast before we left for port. Its nothing fancy, but it had everything we need to start the day.The only thing I dont feel comfortable during our stay was the empty rooms (that in the process of remodeling) surrounding our rooms. We felt like staying in an abandoned hotel. Kinda spooky. But its just one night, and its understandable, so I dont think it should be considered as an issue to deduct points from our experience.

We were here twice. When we landed and when we were leaving. Average Hampton, which is good. The pool is fun because its mostly travelers and you get it to yourself. Its great if you have a kid trying to perfect their cannonball. Breakfast was also awesome. Theres an area for kids with little ones that has toys and such.

I enjoyed my stay here with my wife. The rooms were clean. The layout was easy to navigate and parking, although full, they stepped out and made sure we were somewhere safe and accessible. Breakfast was pretty standard with cereals, yogurt, breads, juice, eggs & bacon. Roads near by have quite a bit of traffic and construction right now, but for the most part all major roads are easy to access and travel on. This location uses a scan card technology for entrance to rooms and elevators for that extra bit of security.

I stayed here for a week for a work trip/vacation. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to my training center, grocery store, Walgreens, Starbucks etc. The beach, bayside and dolphin mall are not too far away either.The staff was awesome and very accommodating. The complementary breakfast offered a variety of food everyday and was very good. I would recommend everyone I know to stay here. When we come back to Miami, this is where I was be staying again.

Room was clean, but dated furniture/decor. Not enough outlets, couldnt even plug in coffee machine without moving it across the room. Walls are very thin. There was lots of noise until about 11:30pm. My digital key did not work and it has worked at other Hilton chains.I would not stay here again and was disappointed overall.

Can you say major ongoing construction and no consideration for the guests? I can! I am experiencing it live as I write this review! We booked a two nights stay here prior to a cruise. We are on vacation as my wife is recovering from a traumatic brain injury and was prescribed as much rest and relaxation as possible. We certainly have not found that to be the case at this hotel at all! When we checked into our room we found a note stating that construction was taking place on the upper floors (we are on the seventh) and construction will begin at 8:30 am. Well, this morning we were awoken to the very loud sounds of construction above us at 7:09 am. I mean, do you want to sleep in on vacation or be woken up to the sounds of boxes being dropped, nails being driven, etc. Major construction should be something patrons are informed of BEFORE they check in and agree to stay. The staff is friendly but that does not make up for essentially ruining the first two days of our vacation. Instead of rest and relaxation we have been treated to noise, stress, and anxiety. ZERO STARS!

Not just your standard clean Hilton property.From the time we walked in untill the time we left, it was like staying with family, the good kind of family that takes good care of you.The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The pool and pool area was so surprisingly clean that we spent more time there than at the actual beach.There is a small lounge/bar in the pool area that serves great drinks. I believe the person that took care of us was named Anna, and she was amazingly personable and interacted well with everyone. Again, that comfortable family feeling was something I think they should truly pride themselves on.The breakfast was good every morning, lots of selection and plenty of food!Our last night we spent the entire night in Miami Beach and didnt get back to the hotel until around 10 am, they gave us a late check-out and made sure we were well rested before leaving.With this not being that far from Miami Beach, we will definitely be staying there from now on, no matter what we are in town for.Definitely recommend this Hampton for anyone visiting Miami!

When looking for a hotel we found this one to pass hurricane Irma . I cant say enough of the great choice we made. More than elegant it was just so friendly, super clean and just so helpful. We had all the family here, and part of it was at the Double tree, I thought I was missing out by not stayin in the other hotel. BUT NO WAY the attention and personalized service we had here was better than the other. I decided to move them out of the other hotel and bring them here. Thanks to Jenifer and Nicolette that made it possible to get all the rooms we needed. Always with a smile and patience they made our stay simply perfect. Thanks again and I recommend it . Price was great and service amazing. All the maid service super super nice and also helpful. You made our nightmare become a perfect stay. We did not even feel Irma. Thank you again

It’s a poor place to stay if you’re wanting something close to the airport. Slow shuttle service. Had to wait 45 minutes for a pick up. Hotel uses a cramped, worn out van. Room was clean, but dated: rusty metal in the bathroom, flimsy fiberglass shower/tub, popcorn ceilings, old floral artwork, and old carpet. Breakfast was good though.Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who was using this during a layover at the airport.

Using the Hilton mobile app to book this room at the last minute, as I usually do, worked well. The main challenge I had in this particular trip was that the shuttle did not arrive at the airport. Im not sure if the guy was taking a break or what but I waited and waited. It seemed that every Hotel passed by except for the Hampton. Being that I had just completed a long journey I was tired and the situation seemed to have to caught me the wrong way.I ended up taking another Hilton shuttle hoping they would drop me off but it didnt work. I ended up walking in the dark, late at night, with all my luggage from one Hilton location to the actual Hampton Inn I was staying at.After getting some rest it didnt seem as bad as it did at the moment.I would have given this two stars but having stayed at the Hampton many times, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because this has never happened to me before.The Hotel was very nice and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Had a positive experience for the remainder of my stay and would consider staying there again and give it another chance.

We had a group of 10, with 3 rooms (2 adjoining). The staff took great care of us, and the rooms were perfect. I think the cost is a tad high, but its their busy season. We had a handicapped guest with us, and they had a wheelchair we could use for him, that was exceptional! Always friendly staff every time we have been there.

Nice location if you are headed out for a cruise. They were completing some construction on site which was a little nerve wrecking but other than that the beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was crowded but fantastic!

Great location. Stayed at this hotel for an overnight to catch the cruise. Shuttle picked us up and brought us to the hotel. It was a Stay and Cruise package. Includes (2) I traveled with my family 10 people. Place was clean, breakfast was nice.

One of the best breakfast areas Ive seen. Amenities like make-up mirror and night light in the bathroom. Location close to shopping & many restaurants from fast food to sit-down. Free airport shuttle, but it can be crowded. One complaint: soda vending machines charge $3 which is high.

We were looking for good accommodations near MIA and booked into the Hampton Blue Lagoon. Its a busy place but staff was cool, courteous and friendly. I had actually made a mistake when booking the previous day & specified the wrong night for reservation - that same day, the day before we actually arrived. The manager said no problem, he would waive the charge. That was so unexpected and so welcome. The following morning, we took the hotel shuttle to the airport for a meeting. On time. Courteous Colombian driver. Picked us up on time. The stay could not have been better.

The hotel was nice and well kept, inside and outside. The room was clean and up-to-date with comfortable beds and adequate space for up to four people. The continental breakfast was very good with many food choices for the picky eaters.

Stayed here before our cruise. It was a wonderful place. Staff was excellent. Rooms were excellent. We had a late flight the day we came back from cruise and the staff was wonderful to put our luggage up and let us hang out at the pool all day. Would definitely stay again. There is several food places within walking and a shopping strip across the street. Cudos to the staff..
