We have parked with this company twice. The first time (a year or two ago) everything was fine. This time, however, we had trouble. When we called for pickup, the person that answered rudely told us to call back from a different pickup door (fine, its faster to pickup in the dropoff area - but theres no need to be rude about it.) The driver was unwilling to help with the bags (he said he was injured - OK, fine, but things are starting to build up...) Then we got to our car, and found that someone had snapped off the power mirror control knob, and then set it back in place hoping that we wouldnt notice. The repair cost ~$270, and what a surprise - no one will pick up the phone any of the times my wife has called them. If they are this tough on a 2014 VW, I sure hope they are more careful with their luxury car rental business or youll be driving a sports car with no bulb on the stick-shift!!! Avoid them - its not worth saving $20 only to pay for a $270 repair...

They are improvised, they change the personnel very frequently and if you rent a car they are a neat one. Nor do they check them on delivery and receipt.
