Highly recommend Deal Parking. We knew nothing about the Miami area and we needed a place to leave our car for a week. Deal came up on the computer with good ratings. We were not disappointed. They took us to the airport and picked us up without delay. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and a good value. When we got to the parking lot the van was ready to take us straight to the airport. Upon returning after our vacation, I called for a pick-up and the van arrived in less than 10 minutes. Our car was right in the front so we could just put our bags in and head home. The staff was friendly and helpful.

From beginning to end DEAL is the big deal. The website is easy to use to book a parking space, date and time. My car was under security 24/7. The prices are really reasonable. I parked for three weeks for approximately $150. The shuttle service to the airport is most accommodating-as needed—no set times. Those who greeted me to care for my needs are courteous. When I made a suggestion for their website, a phone call was made in my presence and they made the change immediately. When I returned from my trip, the van came to pick me up within 15 minutes. My car was parked conveniently so I could pull out right away. This company is trustworthy, within 15 minutes of the airport, and the REAL DEAL!

I had a 7am reservation for my 8:45am flight on Saturday morning. I arrived at 6:30am just to make sure I was on time. From 6:30am until 7:45am there was no one there to assist me so I had to park at a near by hotel and pay again so I wouldn’t miss my flight. No one has yet to contact me to offer my refund. Terrible experience. Actually looks like the place is going out of business just by the looks of the facility.

We were very satisfied with the service. They were very accommodating and took us on short notice with the hurricane issue. They parked the car in a secure covered area. When we arrive to pick up car they picked us up at airport and checkout went seamlessly. I would highly recommend

Wort parking ever. Waited over 50 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Finally had to take a taxi. Parking company had no explanation for not picking us up. Refused to reimburse the cost ($15) for the taxi ride. No personal was at the site when we arrived and it was open for anyone to enter, i.e. no security. Do not park here ever.

We parked the car at Deal Airport Parking at Miami airport while on a two week trip to the Galapagos. The rate was excellent and so was the service. It took just a couple of minutes to get to the airport and upon return there was hardly any wait to be picked up. Definitely will use them again

I lost my pillow. They lost it but it’s cool. The young guy on the phone needs to improve customer service. However the driver found it but lost it. Maybe put in wrong car.. The manager tried her best and that’s why they deserve 5 stars. Book with them online not through google. Save $10

Excellent service for the price, easy to find and convenient to the airport. Car was exactly as I had left it. The shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze. I fly from Miami several times a year and will definitely park here again.

Wonderful service and the cheapest way to park when flying out of MIA. The airport is a quick 5-10 minute drive from the lot. Deal wastes no time securing your keys and escorting you to your airline when parking. After arriving home from our vacation, the Deal shuttle came within 10 minutes of calling them to take us back to the lot. My car was already moved to the front and ready to take off as soon as we got back! I will definitely be parking with them the next time I fly out of MIA and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Quick, efficient service. Clean lot. Easy access. Shuttle was clean and the driver drove safely.It was nice to come back from our trip and find the money in the console right where we left it.Only complaint is the valet parkers changing the radio station and volume just to park the car. So it is a little loud when we get into the car and the radio is blaring some other station.

My experiences with Deal have all been very positive and they excel in providing onsite assistance with luggage and parking requirements. Wait times are minimal and the drivers are friendly and courteous. I do not hesitate to recommend Deal for convenient MIA parking, and I will continue to use their services for all my future parking requirements.

Cant say enough good things about this company! They provided a top notch service and was the most affordable we saw! They arrived quickly when we arrived, and dropped us off promptly. They also helped us jump our car off when we arrived to a dead battery.

Yes, they are in a tucked away place but with GPS, no problem. Their service was prompt and excellent. We arrived back at 1 AM and they were waiting for us. Deal Airport is my sure choice the next time we fly out of MIA.

Upon return, we had to WAIT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES for a pickup. To add to our grief... OUR TRUCK HAD BEEN HIT BY ANOTHER VEHICLE AND MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR REVIEW THEIR SECURITY CAMS. Cheap DEAL parking WILL COST YOU MORE THAN EXPECTED. Better to go to a reputable, well established parking group than this SHAM SCAM DEAL parking!!

Terrible service. We were delayed almost 45 minutes dropping off the car because the guy behind the counter couldn’t figure out how to use the computer and had to keep re-entering it until finally figuring the system out. It also seemed like we had to wait for another client before being transported to the airport. The ride over to the airport was fine. They are right about it being only five minutes away, however there is no “ on demand” time. We were told to call when we picked our luggage up at baggage claim. We called them at 6:45 pm and told them we were in arrivals, Door D3 and we were told to walk to D6 because they can’t pick up in front of D3 and were told a driver was on their way. We walked to D6 and waited 30 minutes and called back and we were told the driver had to stop and get gas and that he was on his way. We waited another 15-20 minutes and then got a call saying they couldn’t locate us. I told them we were in arrivals D6 and they said that they can’t pick up there and that we needed to go to leave above. We lugged our luggage upstairs and met them there. When I said something about the wait and terrible service I was told the other driver went but couldn’t find us and returned instead of calling. This was absolutely NO DEAL

I was able to find the location via Maps with no problem, once I arrived I was checked in and a shuttle was available immediately, the 2 guys that drove me to the airport was very kind and helpful. I returned and was picked up and taken back . Everything worked out exactly as expected. I am using them again next week. Dependable company

I would definite park my car here as soon as I got my luggage I called them in 10 minutes they pick me and brought me to parking lot loaded luggage in my car off I went it was positive experience I give them 5 stars highly recommend them for your parking needs

This place is very economical. However we paid extra for covered parking and it was out in the element under a partial overhead driveway. Not inside but out next to buses where they had to move several cars to get ours out. Dont pay extra as its not real covered parking.

The service here is top notch!!! I have used them twice now and will now be my permanent choice!!! It took them less than 5 mins to pick me up at the airport. They are also so curteous and super patient!! Before going to the airport a friend had to drop something off to me, (I was the only drop off at the time) the waited patiently until my friend got there. Everything was great once they found our booking ! I had booked way in advance and had a confirmation number and when we got there to drop off car they could not find our booking .. Once they did they were prompt to shuttle us to the airport and picking up from airport was excellant .!!

Customer service was excellent. We waited less than 10 minutes for pick up from the airport. This was my first time using them and it wont certainly be the last time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. To start off I used this parking from July 3 to July 7 2019. When we first arrived at the parking lot and checked in we noticed how disorganized it was. There was keys everywhere on the counter and some hanging. It was a terrible mess. on July 7th when I arrived back in miami I landed at 11:30am called and I was picked up. Once I arrived back at the parking lot to get my keys, I came upon the news that they were no where to be found. There was only one person working, this same person picked people up at the airport and left the doors unlocked of the facility with all the keys and unaccompanied cars. Hours passed and no one knew about the keys nor did they offer me food or anything. I called the cops to file a report. 10 hours passed and i was still at the parking lot with no way home or food. At a certain point they called someone to make the key to my car. The manager told me they would be there in a few and turns out they never told the company to come. The locksmith person also had to file a report to the police. Finally they called to order food. As more people started arriving it turns out they had lost the keys for 12 CARS. I was there until 12am and almost 12 hours had passed since I landed. I was never offered transportation or even a refund. After all this my car was parked by a fence and under a tree where one side the paint got all scratched up and dirty. I have tried getting in contact with the owner multiple times, I went to 2 paint shops to get a quote on the job and sent them to him and I still havent got a call even to just apologize. I have given him time to resolve my issue. But at this point since he is not willing to resolve the issue I will be placing a lawsuit for the damages and the time I was left at the parking lot with no transportation or food. I strongly suggest you do not leave your car here.

Used for first time in July. The fact that I am using Deal again in Dec should be reason enough to use them. You wont be dissapointed

The worst customer service ever! They returned my car with two flat tires! Of course they don’t have that on record because was impossible to contact the manager, the person “in charge” said the manager wasn’t available at that timeI ended up buying two tires of my on pocket, just because I “saved” with parking

1ST TIMER WITH DEAL AIRPORT PARKING...…….THOUGHT I WAS IN THE WRONG NEIGHBORHOOD JUST A FEW BLOCKS AWAY, HOWEVER, JUST FOLLOWED MY GPS SYSTEM...……...SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, LOADED INTO THE SHUTTLE, A FEW MINUTES LATER WE WERE AT THE AIRPORT. UPON RETURNING, CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE TICKET RECEIVED AT CHECK IN, MENTIONED THE CODE ON MY TICKET. WITHIN MINUTES THE SHUTTLE ARRIVED WITH MY CAR KEYS, A SHORT DRIVE BACK TO THE PARKING AREA, FOLLOWED GPS BACK TO I75. WOULD RECCOMMEND AND OF COURSE, I WOULD PARK THERE AGAIN...
