Very disappointed and I have no confidence in this company. Booked online. Paid online. Received no confirmation. Called to confirm. They sent a text confirming time and date. Promised driver name and contact details 24 hours before arrival. That didn’t happen. Arrived MIA. no driver. Called multiple times. Said they had made an error and had me booked for 10am and not 10pm. Said they were sending a driver. He finally showed. “Luxury” transfer was a Toyota Corolla with a guy who “fills in” for this company. The thing about a transportation company is that you need to have confidence in their attention to detail and a belief they will show up as. Informed. Obviously this is a problem for this business. Can’t recommend at all. I will say the driver who finally arrived was a good guy.

Due to covid we had to cancel our trip to america we were advised by this company that we would get a refund once operations restart and they would be in touch. Even though they are back open we have heard nothing, so I have contacted them via email, text and watsapp asking if they could let me know when we can expect our refund and have no response at all.If this is how they treat their customers especially in difficult times then i would not recommend them to anyone.

Best service anyone could ask for! We booked a round trip from Fort Lauderdale airport to a hotel. Then from the cruise port to a hotel. Our cruises schedule got messed up because of Hurricane Dorian, we got back from our cruise a day early. Miami luxury shuttle was super easy to work with to accommodate this change in plan.
