This was the Best place to leave my car since August 18 till today Sep/13... Excellent customer service and very responsible.

No problems at all. Worked very well for 3 weeks. OK, the spot is a bit hard to find though. Had to wait a few minutes at drop-off for the 2nd ride, but the return was absolutely awesome. I called the number and the driver was just 1 minute away from the door (at MIA) I gave him. When we arrived the car was about to be ready and within 1 minute it was right in front of us and running with no complaints at all.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR CAR AND DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNACCEPTABLE! RUDE STAFF! Do not park your car here! I gave it one star because it does not give you an option to put in no stars. After coming back from our trip, the shuttle brought us to our car and once we opened the trunk and doors we noticed a smell that seemed like mold. The floor of the car was wet. When I sat on the passengers seat, it was damp. There was water in our cup holders. The back right window was left open and our sunroof as well. Our car was wet and humid inside. We never open or use the sunroof and we made sure that the windows were all closed before we departed. When we asked to speak to the manager, the young man had told us that he wasnt going to be in the office until Monday. There was no one else working in the office at that time. When I called back I spoke to Juan, who was extremely rude and gave me another number to contact. We have tried contacting the number several times. We sent emails and left a voice message. We did not get one response. The staff is not helpful and is incompetent of simply directing us to the manager of the place. This parking lot has poor customer service and we totally regret parking our car there. I am in disbelief that after several days/weeks of trying to get in touch with a supervisor or a manager, the staff fails to know where this man named Patricio is. They have no means of contacting him so that we can settle this matter. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WE HAVE BEEN USING OTHER LOTS AND THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BEFORE. I WILL CONTACT A LAWYER SOON TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS INCIDENT.

Fast service and kind employees. They are close to the airport and get you there and back quickly.However, they have a serious hole in their security. When we arrived at 5:00am....there was no one in the office (but the door was unlocked). It turns out, there was only one person working...and not only was he checking people in...he was also shuttling them.So every time he left to shuttle people ... he would leave the gate, and the office door, unlocked. We could have walked right in and stolen all of the car keys left right on the counter...easily taking any car we wanted. This is a HUGE oversight by the company.

Site is not easy to spot from the street. Very small and tight.We made an online reservation to pickup the car at 1am, but when we showed for drop off we were told the site closes at 12am and there will be an extra fee of $25 to open (and what if the flight gets delayed? which happens often...).We ended up parking somewhere else which is open 24/7 and actually had to pay less.In other words there are better options.

First experience was very good. Second Experience not. Came back from my trip two weeks early. Had a long wait to get my car, and I was not refunded for the time I didnt use. So I parked for a week, and paid for three. Never again, Ill find someone else...

This is the worst service Ive ever had! I would give them a half star if it was possible. I paid to have my car cleaned inside and outside, but they did not clean it. I came back to a car that not only still had sand inside still, but Alberto, the worker, had put gum on my seat! When trying to tell the Ms. Sammy, the manager, about how the car was not cleaned and the new found gum, the manager would not schedule me in for another appointment or give me a refund. The manager also had a very nasty attitude the whole time, which did not help the situation at all.

My first experience was good, the second not so good. Ordered a car wash wanting to come back to a clean car and it was filthy. They promised to reimburse but never did.The pickup is quick mind you.

One single employee working on memorial day weekend when we arrived to valet our car. Their single bus to the airport was full when we got there and we waited 20 mins before we realized that it hadnt gone anywhere because the one single employee had to attend all customers at the counter then lock up then hop in the bus to drive. We ended up giving up on waiting and had to take an Uber to the airport. Upon arrival back in town after 15+ hours of travel, we called from the jetway to ensure we would be picked up promptly, and the lone employee again had to close up the lobby before driving the bus over to pick us up. He was unwilling to come to the airport until he verified we were at the actual curb by giving him a specific Door number despite us requesting multiple times that he just tell us where to go from the international arrivals concourse so he could leave immediately. It is only valet service because the lot is so small and they have to stack the cars 5-6 deep and juggle them around to fit everyone. Can not recommend this place to anyone with how the owners have decided to staff (or rather not staff).

Ive parked a lot of different places for MIA. This is my favorite. Everyone is very efficient and the rates are reasonable and the service is very good!

Almost welcoming, signage is a little too subtle to find it with confidence, confusing. After you know you are at the right place, people are very helpful and fast to process parking, payment and drop-off at the airport.

Have used this service 5x due to limited flight options out of FLL, so had to go Miami. First 2 times, no issues. Last 3 times, they tried to bait and switch me on pricing (I drive a truck) even though there are SUVs there all the time. I told them I wouldnt pay a markup and hadnt before (and had the email receipts). I dont habla espanol but I know when Im being talked about...and the woman at the counter would rather text on her iPhone and badmouth a customer in Spanish than take care of them.Find another spot to park, or Uber from your home. Its less embarrassing.

Worst service ever went to this place last 11/27 to leave my car there for a short trip and when I came back three days later my passenger window was broken; they first tried to say that I left it in that condition but then decided to take responsibility and fix my window, next day they called to tell me to pick my car up and when i got there nobody was there and my tinted window had a line in the middle and when someone showed up I declined to take my car like that. Today 12/05 I called again and a lady terribly disrespectful said that I have to prove that my car was used because the same day at 7.30 someone used my car and was tolled twice in Miami how could that be possible ??? Im still dealing with this people and im gonna do a police report cuz thats what i should have done the same day i arrived. Never go to this place again
