I was reading the reviews and I honestly disagree with everyone. I was picked up on time, driver was excellent and friendly, everything clean and smelled good. In fact, the driver gave me a tour as I was going to my destination. Thank you!

I scheduled 3 different trips with 7 passengers. They were able to accommodate our luggage and a scooter. Our driver picked us up and dropped us off in a timely manner.

Very unprofessional company. Ill try to make a long story short. We booked a reservation for ground transportation from the Port of Miami to the Miami Airport with this company. 1. They took us to the wrong airport (Fort Lauderdale instead of Miami). This was the manager/dispatchers fault instead of the driver. 2. Refused to give us a refund. The company had already charged our credit card before we were actually picked up at the Port. Her reason for refusing a refund was because we rented a car to get back to Miami instead of waiting for the driver to come back to pick us up. By that time we were already late for one reservation in Miami because of her error and we didnt want to risk missing the other plans having to wait for the driver to come back. After explaining the seriousness of her error to her and the plans, reservations and extra costs we incurred because of this error, she still told us it was our fault, and then blamed the driver, refused to compensate us and then hung up on us. Please beware of this company. In this case, its not about the money, even though it would have helped with the extra costs, its about the integrity of a business. The owner, manager, dispatcher seem to be the same person (see website) and if so, she isnt accountable to anyone but herself and can treat her customers with disrespect with no one to hold her in check.

We were picked up at the Port of Miami to be taken to Ft. Lauderdale airport. At first out driver was polite and helped me in the van and with our luggage. After that it was a nightmare!! Is took us 20 minutes or less to get to the airport...EXPRESS is right! He was driving 90 MPH in the sun pass lane. My husband is a retired Corporal with the State Police and said he was driving irate. Slamming on the brakes with stop and goes! 90 MPH. He sat where he could see his speed. Sad thing is the seat belts did not work as we were trying to put them on. What a lost cause. we also were car sick from the cheap cologne the driver was wearing...made me noxious along with him driving! We got there on a wing and a prayer! NEVER AGAIN! Also, he talked to 6 other calls for pick ups or dispatch while driving that fast...express is right but not for us! Good bye!

I reserved a private shuttle from the port to the airport almost two weeks before I needed it. I received confirmation and was told to call when I had my luggage. First no one answered and I left a message, when I called back it was busy. Five minutes later I got a call saying the driver would call me right back, ten minutes later I got a call saying shed be there in10 minutes. 20 minutes later I got a call saying she was looking for me. When we connected she directed me to a van, when I said I had a private service she looked at my receipt and said I could take the shuttle and theyd refund me the difference or I could wait for another driver but that would be awhile. Got in the shuttle and then we went to another pickup and then waited 20 minutes for a big group that filled up the van. We finally got going (to the airport, or so I thought) but first we dropped a couple in downtown before going to the airport. By the time we got to the airport we had been in the van for an hour.Dont waste your time, call a cab or use another service.

Would not recommend. Would not give any stars if it was an option. Terrible service. Was told we booked a private until the van came with two people already on it. We were given the option to get on the van or wait for the private in which they overbooked and there was none available. We were then packed into the van with 5 additional people with us. A total of 15 on a van which was not capable. We then sat at the cruise terminal to sign paperwork instead of getting people to the airport for their flights. The driving was not the greatest either considering there are little children in the car. Oh and yes we ordered a car seat In which we did not receive. Would not recommend their service. One of the sketchier shuttles for sure. We also booked a van to the maimi airport for a rental car but we were required to ride to ft. Lauderdale to drop off passengers then reroute to pick up more passengers at the ft. Lauderdale airport and finally be taken to the Miami airport to our destination. Late!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Save your time and money and book another service. Im traveling with a party of 44. We booked 2 shuttles and both were late. More than an hour late!!! We called to find out where the shuttle was, and each time we were told their driver would be here in 20 mins. A lot of 20 mins turned into over an hour late.THEN. . . . The drive finally came, only to speed past us, as we are standing on the sidewalk waving our hands. So after circling back around to get us, he picks us up, and then drives like this is his first time behind the wheel!!! I cant count the number of cars that blew their horns at us because he was driving in two lanes!!! Were on the shuttle now, praying we make it safely!! Oh dont let me forget that hes texting while driving!!!This company should be shut down immediately!!!

Beware !!!!!! !!!!!untrustworthy business from the start went on there webpage got a quote for one figure to be shuttled from one airport to the next I paid it on my credit card one day before the date to be shuttled I was told the price went up to a ridiculous amount for one individual to travel from fll to Mia airport because its no longer a shared ride on there behalf I am gonna report the charges to my credit card company they are unwilling to refund my card because I dont want to pay the additional new amount BeCAreful using there services NO REDUNDS once u charge your card!

With prior reservations, for shuttle service to Fort Lauderdale Airport, I got off the boat and did as instructed i.e. called Express Shuttle Miami, to indicate we were there and cleared customs. We were told to wait for their call. Problem is we had no cell phone. We tried to explain that to the dispatcher. Instead of telling us to meet them somewhere for the shuttle, the lady on the phone maintained we were to wait for her call. How? Miami Shuttle Service was nowhere in sight, despite the fact we waited a full hour. We had to end up taking another shuttle service. The moral: do not make prior reservations. There are plenty of options once you get ther.

Awful service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 hours for a shuttle. No number to contact the driver directly to tell them where we were. Save yourself and book a different service.

Excellent service, we were a group of 21 relatives and there were several transfers that we took with them and in all very formal and punctual, very good communication with Mily, and the very accessible price, they have a trailer to move the luggage, my relatives and I recommend it to 100
