Had to replace central ac. Air new solutions, inc was professional from start to finish. All appointments on time. I was working from home and they took care to make a loud job quiet. Some adjustments needed to be made after installation and they were quick to return and adjust. New ac is fantastic. The whole team did a great job. Recommended

We moved into our new house spring 2021. We knew ahead of time the AC unit was on its last leg. Last summer was awful. The unit did cool, but only half of the house stayed at a decent temp, coils froze many times and the old unit was loud, you could hear it from a mile away, lol. I was so stressed about surviving another summer with the old unit. In Dec we decided it was time to consider replacing the unit. We found Air new solutions based on their great google reviews. We were not sure if we were ready to purchase yet, but we decided to have them come out for an estimate. He did a very thorough overview of what we had going on. He gave us an estimate of 4 different price points of new units along with prices of various options to help with energy efficiency. It was nice to have options. The proposals included installation and taxes, so there were no surprises at all on what the final price would be. There was absolutely no pressure. We decided to pull the trigger and move forward. The installation was set up for a few days later. Everything moved like clockwork. The techs were prompt, professional, thorough, efficient and friendly. We love our new quiet unit. They even have someone come by a week or so later to review the work done and to make sure we had no questions or issues. We are very pleased with the work done. We are really looking forward to a nice cool summer :) We would definitely use air new, inc for all future AC related needs.

Air New Solutions has been incredible to work with. They are professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I recently serviced my AC unit and had it cleaned and inspected to make sure everything was working correctly. The technician who came, Orelvis, was on time, and very thorough. Not only did he clean all vents and take apart the unit to inspect/ clean, he took the time to explain to me all of the working parts and if I needed to clean myself, how to do that. He was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable regarding this unit and AC care in general. Someone who really knows their field and takes time to educate others on proper use/care is such an important quality, at least to me!

My AC unit started dripping water and had another company come out to take a look. They charged me almost $600 for a recharge, and told me Id need a new unit in another year or so. A week later, the same issue started up again, and that company quoted me a new unit that I thought was priced high. After looking at some reviews, I called Air New Solutions, Inc for another quote, and am I glad I did. They came out later that same day, explained the issue, and what was involved in replacement. They then told me it would be almost $2000 less! Unfortunately, I didnt call Air New Solutions, Inc first, and paid the price. I couldnt be happier with Air New Solutions, Inc honest, professional service, and will definitely use them for all future maintenance and repairs. They are the best, and Id recommend them to everyone.

Air New Solutions, Inc team just left my house and both AC units are working perfectly. I thought for sure that this was the year they may need to be replaced but they checked everything, charged the systems and they were good to go. One huge issue they recognized right away was that the fan on our smaller unit was running the wrong way. This was causing the unit to overheat and not work efficiently. They re-wired it and changed out the capacitor. Works perfectly now. My former AC guy retired last year and I was looking for someone honest and experienced to replace him. Not sure what my former guy did to improperly wire the smaller unit or why he didnt recognize the problem, but Air New Solutions, Inc did immediately. Pricing was fair and I dodged $10K in replacement AC costs. I highly recommend Air New Solutions, Inc. They was prompt, friendly and I will definitely be reaching out Air New Solutions, Inc the future needed. Hopefully not soon though.

Yesterday of all days, when were heading into a heat watch and the temperatures are supposed to soar over 110 this week, I decided to notice my two outside A/C units making a lot of noise. Now maybe the noise was always there but something in my brain clicked that I had to get this looked at because the noise was really loud when the units kicked on.Seeing as I havent serviced the units since moving into this house 6 years ago, I figured I was going to be told that I would need a whole new A/C unit(s). Therefore I was dreading and reluctant to make this call.Based on the overwhelming positive reviews on google about this company, it was the first I gravitated to. I sent them an email in the late evening since thats when I noticed the issue. I immediately received a prompt response the following morning (today) with details of setting up an appointment.I called and spoke with someone over the phone about my options, scheduling and pricing. I have to say that, as a customer, right off the bat, I felt relaxed and not confused as everything was explained to me in a comprehensible manner.Thankfully, they were able to fit me into the schedule today between 2-4 PM. Communication with the company throughout prior to the technician arriving was a priority for them to keep me in the loop. Therefore I received frequent text messages (which I opted for) to tell me when the technician was leaving or on his way, or even if he would be delayed thereby coming to the appointment later.When the technician was finally on his way, I got a text message from the company, an email with his photo and name, and even a call from the technician himself to let me know he was on his way. Communication was top notch!When the technician arrived, he was very pleasant, professional, and courteous. He opted to wear a mask (COVID-19) and wore foot booties. He explained what he was going to do, how long he would be and where or what parts of the house he needed to access.Throughout the process, one barely even knew he was in he house or outside with the minimal amount of noise he made, if anything.At the end of the maintenance, he explained his findings along with numerous photos he took (which will be emailed to me), and recommendations. He was in no way pushy nor did I feel pressured in any way to follow through with any of his recommendations.If you decide to follow through with his recommendations, he would show the pricing and take payment right there with his trusty iPad.Thankfully, my system passed so I didnt need to get a brand new system but I did opt for some of his recommendations in order to lengthen the time and function of my units. I also did purchase (again no pressure from them...just personal choice here) their premium service package for a year which would have my system checked prior to summer (cold portion) and prior to winter (heat portion). With their premium package, I also got discounts on repairs and access to their 24-hour service which I thought was an exceptional deal and offers peace of mind as A/C units are our lifeline here in Arizona!Overall, really terrific service and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their A/C unit(s) serviced. In fact, when I will eventually need to have my whole system replaced, Ive already made my mind up that Im going to be sticking with them as theyve got my business! Our old air conditioning units were failing, Air New Conditions, Inc came out, and diagnosed the problem and cost to repair them. They provided the work estimate and I asked them to price out replacing the units. They worked up the options while the technician gave our unit what he needed to keep the units functioning for the few days until they could install new units. The new units were very neatly installed and the technicians were very respectful of my house. The pricing was competitive and the work done was expert. I will always use Air new Solutions for any hvac work, I trust them and they always go out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Recently one of the new coils failed (manufacturer flaw), they came out to install the new coil on the same day! True craftsmen who care about their customers.

Technician Adalberto was very professional and explained the job he completed. He was thorough and was careful to not dirty my floor/carpet.
