Im doing just fine in that regard.Then when I got on the phone with him, listened to his information, and determined that I wasnt interested in his services...and told him such, he refused to listen to my response. I had to tell him 3 times, rather forcefully the last, that I was not interested in the services their company provides and that I wanted to be removed from their call list. As I was hanging up, I heard Mike saying something under his breath about our interaction. Based on this interaction, I would NEVER do business with such a pushy, rude business. I have been using White Shark since 10/14 for my offices PPC management. I didnt know they were actually a Nicaragua based company. I believed they were actually in Miami, FL due to their advertising and company info.I was satisfied with their services until January 2017. I noticed a steep decline in relevant traffic. I immediately advised them of the problem. They indicated they would fix it. I think part of the problem is they arent extremely knowledgeable in their profession. I had two independent analyses conducted who gave them a D- grade on the report. Both pinpointed the problems in their reports. I spend 5k a month for my campaign and am currently wasting 73% of the money due to their campaign management. I have already contracted a top 5 US PPC company to take over the account asap from White Shark.The language barrier issue is substantial and really came to light when their ad groups were created. I wish they were as good at what they did as they were before 2017. I really enjoyed their service up and until this year.

Horrible Experience 3 weeks in still didnt have all of my 1600 products Enabled in shopping. After they told us it would be 3-5 business days We spent almost 2k for 7 conversions! I heard a new excuse or reason every single time they would call. They outsource everything to Guatemala. Now I know why they have a 8% client retention rate. Spend your money elsewhere unless you like wasting it.

I am extremely dissatisfied and pissed with this company. I worked with this company for over a year with no problems and once i want to cancel and try a new direction, the files to my website are now gone and my website is constantly having issues. I dont understand the reasoning behind there shenanigans but i hope this review finds people looking to use there service. Customer service was good for the first 2 months, after that its just silent.

This is one of the first companys that will address a problem as soon as you ask them about it. We now can focus more of our time on other important things.
