Definitely a must to rent! Like having a whole house to yourself!

Good location and great apartment. Only few mins walk down to beach and main street. I would highly recommend it. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There are few paid parking locations nearby. We had so much fun as a family and I would definitely use them again if we had to go to Miami. 5*****

I honestly couldnt wait to write my review. This is our first night here and everything has been perect. My flight came in super early and I asked Will if it would be ok to check in early and by 130pm our room was ready. He responds in a very speedy matter and is very nice. When we walked in it was so clean and legit looked JUST like the pictures. Beautiful! The temperature of the room is perfect. Not to cold and def not hot. And the location?? PHENOMENAL!! If I couldve gave 10 stars I would have. We were very sleepy from traveling and it is such a quiet location that we were able to nap in peace. When it was time to wake up and explore we were minutes from the beach and fun and surrounded by the best restaurants. We came into a welcome note with a list of good food and a USB charger wall piece. I was iffy about paying for a room in advance but it was the best decision I made. We are so satisfied and cant wait to enjoy the rest of our stay!

Well maintained beautiful property.

Terrible customer service. The manager and his wife were incredibly rude. His wife called us “millenials” and disrespected us while we were being nothing but polite and respectful.

Apartment was clean. Walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent lodging for several reasons. The space is very clean and with facilities for the tourist. It has a pool, barbecue and outdoor living rooms as well as interiors. The departments have everything. The area in which it is located is unbeatable, very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, shops and the bustling area. The best place to stay.

Good and clean accommodation. Really quiet here. Only a few minutes walk to Ocean Drive and the beach.

We stayed in the apartment (101) for 18 days and felt comfortable.Wil can be reached by email at any time and the office is manned in the mornings.The complex is well maintained and the pool area is sufficient.You should bring your washing-up tabs and washing-tabs, they were only available once.The apartment was big enough for two people, but a bit noisy.Washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher are available in the apartment.We were 18 days in the apartment (101) and felt comfortable.Wil is always available by e-mail or in the morning the office is staffed.The complex is well maintained and the pool area is sufficient.Tabs and washing tabs you should bring, were only once available.The apartment was big enough for two people, but a bit noisy.Washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher are available in the apartment.

Excellent place and excellent attention. Deptos super complete and close to everything (Cvs, Walgreens, restaurants, beach, Ross, Best Buy ... etc) is reached by public transport from the Miami airport.
