I want to thank Mr. Eric Marchand for helping me the time I needed the most!! I moved from California to Florida without headaches. Mr. Marchand was so helpful. We find my place in 2 days I visited by FaceTime. He took care of everything without me being in the state. Always available for me when I called him, and if he wasn’t it was because he was already on the phone, but he always called me back! That was my experience with Mr. Marchand. Horrible real estate company to even consider doing business with! This broker says one thing and doesn’t fulfill with action. He asks for money even before seeing the property and is very adamant on listings becoming unavailable if we don’t put in an offer. Who pays and puts in an application without seeing a property? That’s ridiculous. He’s bad for business!!!!!!

FRAUD he made it seem like the property was only available if he got a check right then and there today after he already screened my finical records. He also is very unprofessional. He continued to hit on me after I told him I am renting the house for me and my boyfriend. He is available late hours and early which is convient but any questions I had he came back asking for payment. He was rushing me to close each house he closed me telling me “theres nothing more available, then I’d find another property and he could scedule it. But it contradicts him saying theres nothing more y at the same time asking for a $3000 commission BEFORE we even chose a house. Bad and shady business
