While the 1Hotel South Beach property (hotel grounds, restaurants & bars) are top-notch, our experience renting from this company was extremely poor. The representative who checked us in stated they would be our personal concierge; however, even the simplest requests were ignored for days on end. Basic things like salt (empty), an extra blanket, a hair dryer were seemingly too much to ask. We had a blast regardless but in no way thanks to this crew. Our travel group includes seasoned travelers and the service here was absolutely unacceptable, particularly given the price. Happy to pay but expect the service to meet the standard.Its worth noting, we also had a very difficult time getting anyone to call us regarding check-in. We had landed in Miami and were having a casual lunch so didnt mind but it took hours to get a response. Again, unacceptable.

Had an amazing stay at the Setai, the apartment was so beautiful and the amenities were amazing! I had originally booked thinking we would have a pet staying with us, when my guest’s dog couldn’t make it, got a quick refund for the pet fee. Kim did such a great job getting us in to the unit smoothly and providing some restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 and my sisters family of 6 came down to Miami Beach to spend some quality time together. We loved staying with Luxury Rentals Miami Beach as they made everything a lot easier and more enjoyable. We had a total of 6 children and they surprised us with a couple of sand bucket sets upon our arrival. What a nice touch. We all enjoyed the hotel amenities; the 1 hotel is beautiful! What we loved about this unit, in particular, were the floor to ceiling ocean views. Stunning! We will return next year.

This residence at the 1 hotel was beyond what we expected. The panoramic oceanfront views from both bedrooms were just breathtaking. The master bedroom had a balcony also facing the ocean and was very spacious. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The property managers are definitely the best Ive dealt with, by far. We will come back soon!

Had a fantastic experience with Luxury Rentals. I stayed at the Setai for the weekend for my birthday and had issues with the kitchen appliance and when I called they immediately took care of it and made the rest of the experience very pleasant. I always refer my friends to use this company whenever they are visiting Miami since they offer the best prices and service..

Simply amazing. The view of this apartment is our of this world. Having coffee every morning looking at the ocean made my days even brighter. We did had some issues with the safe, that was locked when we arrived, but Andre was very helpful and came fast to assist us. He made restaurant reservations for us and helped us through out our stay. He recommended places to visit and things to do. We will definitely come back with Luxury Rentals. They made our first visit to Miami one of a kind.

We stayed at the One Hotel, LRMB made all the booking process s very easy ans pleasant. We had order groceries for the weekend and were nicely organized. We had 4th of July balloons awaiting for us. The decor and clenanigless up to par. We are definetly booking through them again !

We stay with luxury rentals every time we are in Miami. Their rates and service beat any hotel on south beach. We mostly love the personalized concierge service and the fact that we are staying at some of the premier apartments. We do not feel like it’s a hotel yet it has all the perks of the hotel. Very nice location and a great ocean view. Property Managment are Impossible to deal with And that made my stay less positive and more negative. Unfortunately that made my stay unpleasant and I will not be coming back.

Best place to rent a vacation home in Miami. The had a wide inventory of properties. We rented a unit on the Setai through this company and we dont regret it one bit. They made everything so easy, fast and reliable. They answered all our questions with details and knowledge. The unit was in excellent conditions, very clean with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. Our concierge did an amazing job, she was there on time and explained everything with details and respect. We couldnt be happier with our vacations thanks to Luxury rentals Miami Beach.

1Hotel unit 1010. It is Sunday night and we have a flight in the morning. The batteries in the in-room safe died and our passports and valuables are inside it. We have been trying to reach someone since 7pm to come open the safe. No one returns calls or emails. Absolutely unacceptable. Eventually we had to arrange a locksmith for $300 to come in and cut-open the safe because apparently no one works at the Luxury Rentals property management company on Sundays. We will never use this company again. How can you have so many units for rent in high-end properties and not have one person available 24/7 in case there is an issue like this or an emergency?If you are planning to stay at a unit that this company manages be prepared because there is NO SERVICE after hours.

Only reason I used this company was because of my friend Chris. He used Luxury Rentals to find accommodations at the 1 Hotel but the W is a brand I have always been loyal to. When I saw they had multiple apartments there, I called them and spoke with Margeaux. She was very helpful and guided me through the booking process. I booked a unit on the 16th floor, (1619) a one bedroom with a den, they converted into a second bedroom. Great view (even though its north facing); very spacious apartment, full kitchen as well. When you are staying on the residence side, which is still intertwined with the Hotel, you do not get perks like room service or housekeeping. Everything is pay as you go basically, but you still get access to the gym, basketball courts, pool and beach chair use as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will use Luxury Rentals when back in Miami.

The service and attention to detail at Luxury Rentals is without equal. I had an amazing time during my vacation, thanks in no small part to the recommendations from the Guest Services department. Everyone we spoke to made us feel important and cared for, and exceeded all my expectations.In my opinion, you cant ask for more from a host, and the accommodations were impeccable!

I stayed at the W south beach via Luxury Rentals and it was awesome! I stayed in the unit 819 very spacious great view of the water from the balcony. The staff is what made the experience though extremely attentive will definitely be back!

These guys can really deliver a unique experience. I usually just stay at hotels on trips, but after trying this I dont think Ill be staying anywhere else. First off their service is great. Ask for Tony, hes super friendly and patient. They explained the entire process to me clearly, and answered all my questions. Id definitely use LRMB again. I would recommend them to anyone A+

We came for a holiday and rented a pre-owned unit from Luxury Rentals at the 1 Hotel South Beach Miami. We had an issue with the safe. We locked our valuables in the safe, including passports. We had a flight leaving early morning and we were unable to open the safe because the batteries had run out.This is a letter from the 1 Hotel to Luxury Rentals“The guests have items stuck in the owner‘s safe (passports, jewelry, cash…). Apparently, they utilized it and then the batteries ran out. I’ve reached out to every number/contact listed in our system to try to find a solution as guests have an early international flight scheduled. However, no one has answered the phone or call back. This issue originated at approx. 7pm today and have yet to be resolved. They are very upset and are already sleep deprived/unable to sleep because of this issue.Please assist ASAP.” 1hotel staffIt is now the following morning and we had to pay a locksmith to come “drill” the safe at 1am and pry the safe open to get our belongings out. This cost us $300. We were told to send the bill in to Luxury Rentals to ask for the money back. We spent the last evening of our vacation trying to figure out how to get a hold of Luxury Rentals to open their safe. We are now out $300. Customer service is lacking.

Phenomenal service, agent was always available for any questions we had and with a very respectful and professional attitude. Unit was exactly how described, very clean, very organized . Check in was smooth, everything was already setup for us. Im glad we made our reservation through Luxury Rentals.

The service provided to us by Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was stellar. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment at 1 Hotel in South Beach--the condition of the unit did not disappoint. Incredible views and we received attentive care from not only the management company, but the hotel staff as well.We were able to use the pool and chairs, and same goes for the beach. We were also able to access all other facilities such as the gym and spa. The housekeeping was not included, but we were able to order a la carte cleaning services for the date and time the unit should be cleaned. We also did not have access to room service, but we did not miss it terribly.Getting around was pretty easy--anything we needed was walking distance. For things that were not, uber was a safe bet.All in all, I would say that it was worth what we paid--we will be using Luxury Rentals Miami Beach again next time we are in town.

Let me tell you… I’ve stayed at several different luxury rental properties. They are all pretty standard… LRMB is no different. The properties are gorgeous, the environment is perfect, all the details are what you’d expect from a luxury rental provider. Where they really stand out is their professionalism. From the moment I called in to the day I checked out, they were always on the ball. I cant remember the last time I rented a property without any problems!

We stayed at the 5 bedroom 4 1/2 Venetian Star Villa in Miami, which was less than 5 minutes from south beach and had a gorgeous waterfront view of Downtown Miami. From the moment I spoke to Livingston on the phone to book the Villa, to the arrival meeting Andre at check in it was a pleasant experience. The house was exactly as described in pictures, and perfect for the 10 of us to celebrate my 30th Birthday in Miami. I’m convinced if we did not stay here for my birthday weekend the trip would not have been as incredible. It was comfortable for all of us to sleep/ get ready, and spacious enough for entertaining and enjoying the family dinner my parents cooked for us via. the outdoor grill. The Villa was also equipped with a SONO sound system which I definitely appreciated. My favorite part of this house was the large pool in the backyard and the fact that we could jump in the ocean whenever we wanted, and obviously the view which I also mentioned. An added touch by LRMB was the 2 luxury robes and slippers in each room. I will 100% book this house again or another rental with LRMB! Thanks again for the amazing experience!

As opposed to booking directly from a hotel and being new to this concept, the whole experience of booking a luxury condo for our vacation in Miami Beach was easy and smooth. BUYER BEWARE : Unfortunately I agree with the negative reviews that this company has received both on this site and Yelp. LRMB is unprofessional and their customer service is non existent when you need them the most.I rented two 2 bedroom units for my family at the Ritz Carlton in Bal Harbour. Both units were worn, outdated and had multiple things that were broken and did not work.Doesnt it make sense to check the apartment to make sure everything is in proper working order prior to a guest arriving? Apparently not by this companys that has no quality control standards.Partial List of Problems:1. A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms and the temp. could not be lowered below 76 degrees. That is way too hot to be able to sleep in Miami so several nights sleep was lost before someone finally figured out what was wrong.2. Bathtub did not work because the on/off handle was broken.3. Dishwasher was broken4. No hot water in one of the other master bathrooms5. Broken shelf in refrigerator6. 2 coffee cups for a 2 BR apartment with multiple adults7. Cigarette burns in carpet8. Faucet handle fell off in bathroom sink9. Light bulbs burned out in multiple lighting fixtures10. Televisions did not work in several roomsThe first few days too much time and energy was wasted on the phone trying to reach someone to discuss the problems. For several days my emails and phone calls went unanswered by the main office and the concierge that was assigned to us on check-in was totally non-responsive.All in all this was not a pleasant experience and I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your vacation needs. Too many other competent, caring companies around to risk dealing with LRMB.

Just back from a great stay at the 1 Hotel ! Stayed in residence suite 1108, truly amazing location and furnishings, we asked for the team at LRMB to find us a very special room for our honeymoon and boy did they deliver ! Much nicer than the standard rooms, no request was to much, a truly professional service, from start to finish, transfers from the hotel arranged, a fantastic boat trip, everyone was so helpful, I totally recommend their service and agency, book the 1 hotel if you can you will have an amazing time, thanks Kristine, Adriana, Yami, you went the extra mile and made our honeymoon something we will never forget !
