I have been to several children’s dentists and this is by far the best. It is clean, the hygienists and dentist are amazing with the children and they explain each procedure to them before hand so they know what to expect. I can also say the reception staff have always been very polite and courteous with us too. We will definitely continue to be clients of this dental practice.The only down side is the wait times. Regardless what time your appointment is for, you always wait a long time to be seen, but I feel this is with any type of doctor or dentist these days.

Update: 5/6/2021I came in today for a routine dental and I will be discussing glove use again. I regret not being focused from the very beginning of the appointment but I was replying to work emails. At one point, gets in front of the dusty computer still wearing the gloves she used to manipulate the x-ray equipment and bite blocks, and uses the mouse then the pen to fill out a form. After, she grabs the dental mirror and starts wiping it with the same gloves. At this point I had to say something because there was no way that mirror was going into my sons mouth. I am always hesitant because I have done this before, including on this office, and people dont tend to react well. I mentioned she just used the same gloves to touch the computer, she got defensive and said she didnt. I said, yes, you touched the mouse AND the pen, and now the mirror the dentist will put in his mouth she didnt look happy but she didnt argue and went ahead and replaced the equipment. I later see a new child patient going for x-rays. At no point did I see anyone disinfecting the digital control for the x-ray machine that this assistant was using in between putting bite blocks in his mouth. This is how microorganisms spread from one source to another, in other words, cross contamination. Instruments can get contaminated with secretions - it seems that nurses these days only wear gloves to protect themselves and are unaware of the risks for their patients.Original Review_________________________________________I’ve been bringing my kids here for a while now. We’re happy with the service and attention. Staff is courteous and they make sure to call you to remind you and confirm appts. There’s a dentist and also once a week an orthodontist. We started brace treatment here and we also price compared and there prices are good. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is that on a few occasion I’ve had to ask the assistant to get new gloves after touching drawer handles or x-ray equipment, before putting them in my sons mouth. I don’t see them disinfecting drawer handles or equipment handles or switches on between patients. I’m a strong believer that gloves should be put in right before they put these in your mouth. It’s a very delicate situation.

This office has horrible staff, they always have an attitude when dealing with patients. I scheduled an emergency appointment for my child because of a crown this place put on my daughters teeth has fallen out for the third time in less then a year. My appointment was for 12PM I was told repeatedly that it’s an emergency visit and we will be seeing the Dentist as soon as we get there. So we arrive to then be told that we have to wait until the dentist is finished with another patient. No problem right. Well yes problem we were waiting nearly 2 hours for them to finish up with This patient. To then be told that they don’t have any clean rooms at the moment and they must be cleaned before hand which is fine and acceptable. Come 30 minutes later we ask for a status update on when we will get into the room and see the dentist. A very rude employee comes with a very nasty attitude telling me they are seeing people with appointments only apparently they forgot that we were sitting there waiting to be seen with an appointment and according to said employee that is somehow not their problem. These employees need to either get retrained in how to handle work place stress and speak to patients the proper way or just hire some new employees. This nasty treatment was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.

The team was great! Scheduling my appointments was smooth, checking in and the visit went very well. Everyone was nice and friendly. I must not forget the view; it was amazing.

Was the very first dentist visit for my 4,5yo daughter. Was a pleasure to see her happy, excited and motivated to take care of her teeth! She’s got cleaning and x-ray, all the procedures were gentle. But we were taking her of her teeth pretty good at home too, so had no worries about the visit.

Had an early morning appointment today for my two sons. Came to the office and it was closed. About 10 patients were also waiting, some for an hour waiting for the office to open for their appointments. Office hours posted online said they were supposed to be open from 9-12. Very unprofessional that they would schedule these appointments for this time but not be open.

Good as kids dentist but the service is little rude and unfriendly!!! They talk to you like a computer with a pre set answers !And that depends on the front desk mood :(

Went today for a first time and last time on this location! Very rude staff and supervisor! They don’t care if you are a new patient or no! First of all there was no any social distancing inside! There were 3 patients in front of me and since I was with my son who is 20 months old I wanted to know how long is it the waiting time!I have to mentioned that I made an appointment two weeks prior to coming. My appointment was scheduled at 10.30. They said that the waiting time is approximately one hour! I asked then what is the purpose of making an appointment? How they can put 3 people at the same time?Awful supervisor - “ we care more about our staff then people like you with a bad attitude” these were her words! On the end it came up that I was the one with a bad attitude because I told the receptionist I don’t like the way she answered to me. It seemed like they don’t really respect and care for new patients. Their answer was like they don’t want you as a patient! Very very unprofessional!When the supervisor came to talk with me she was being rude even before I start talking because the receptionist left from the front 5 min before that. have no idea what they spoke inside but that’s not a way to treat your patients. As a supervisor she could ask what is the problem and why I asked to talk with her. No! She came and she told me we don’t tolerate bad attitude here so you can leave ! I was honestly shocked. She didn’t even speak to me, she didn’t give me a chance to talk.Stay away from them especially this location at Miami Beach, I am sure the rest are way better!When they have that rude supervisor what to expect from the other employees?

They were all extremely polite to all of the customers and knowledgeable within the experience of their profession. Me and the rest of my family were 100% satisfied with the results we were given. I love them. Super gentle with the kids, fast and conveniently located. The view from the office is so beautiful 20 minutes feels like 5! They had my two kids and I, in and out in 35 minutes! Including the 10 minutes I took to file the paper work. Did scone during the pandemic. Their very sanitary and take extra precautions.

I love coming to this dentist office with both of kids. The staff here is amazing, Dani has done an amazing job cleaning the kids teeth and he also goes out his way to teache and explains to them what his doing and how things work. But they are all so patient and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely one of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been too. Horrible attitude! If you have a good experience here you are lucky. They forged one of our signatures. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. They will rip you off. Very bad. Unprofessional. They book visit every 15 minutes and then let you wait in the packed waiting room for 2 hours!!!!The dental chairs are located too close to each other, during pandemic this is not ok! Not recommend

The place is very well located and clean, however the office staff is pretty awful and cold. The have an ugly attitude for a chlidrens place the dont really care about your kids is more a number where they can make money. Don’t expect a smile.

We picked this dentistry because my son has his pediatrician on the same floor and we are so happy we did. We are so impressed on how they managed our little toddler (not even two yet) the dentist assistant cleaned his teeth quickly and smoothly. Now, our little one did in fact Cry but they knew exactly how do handle it with ease. I would recommend her and her staff. Thank for making our experience pleasant, you girls rock!

They always see us very close to appointment time and the dentist (Dr Krakewski) is wonderful. She always takes time to discuss any dental questions in detail without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this office.

The Dr is great. Very knowledgeable. And is FANTASTIC with kids! And all the dental hygienists we’ve had have been great too. But their front desk staff and some of their policies are HORRIBLE! We’ve gone about 4 times over the past 2 years and pretty much guaranteed to wait at least an hour each time. Front desk staff are rude. My first appointment I was turned away because they said I need a referral from a regular dentist to see a kids dentist with my insurance, which is not true. I had to 3-way my insurance and their office to prove she was wrong and basically convince her to let me be a paying patient. They only allow kids under 6 to come in the morning Tuesdays and Thursdays, even though it’d be much more convenient to come during one of the many holidays schools have on Mondays and Fridays, or in the afternoon after school. The few times I’ve called or left messages, they rarely call me back. If it weren’t that the Dr is so great, and their office is conveniently located near our house, I’d definitely change.

If i could put 0 stars i would, front desk is super unprofessional and rude. We came about two times and it was both a waste of time completely, the communication they have with their clients is terrible. They have zero respect, and have been signing our paper work for us. Certain papers have different signatures where we were supposed to sign and we didn’t, signatures don’t match ours and that’s considered fraud. If the office manager could please give us a number we can call for further approach to the signatures would be greatly appreciated.

I was so nervous taking my baby to the dentist for the first time and ommmgggg this staff rocks!!!!! Of course my 18 month old cried when the did his cleaning etc but they were so kind and patient. We love you guys!!!!

I take my 2 year old and 5 year old to Main Street Dentistry. The staff is very professional and very friendly. The doctor’s work very well with the kids. So far, I haven’t had any problems with the wait time. My wait time has not exceeded 15 minutes. The location is also great! Very scenic.

This was our first visit after the reopening. The protocols taken due to COVID were on point. Felt very safe and comfortable. Their office staff is really nice, the young girl at reception was very nice and courteous, The office manager was very professional as well. The Young lady Doctor took the time to explain the options for my daughter’s braces and answers my questions. The Dr’s assistant were very friendly and caring. My overall experience it was a very positive one. I would recommend Main Street Children Dentistry.

Well, first of all 5 stars for the view;-) I wish I was a kid... Second of all the staff... Very attentive, prepared to deal with the most severe cases (of tantrums, of course;-) What I also like is that I have never waited longer than 30 minutes, also when they have a problem with the patient beeing absolutely out of control, they will refer you... I really enjoy the experience every single time (my son may not;-)

Warning: Long Wait Times. Great doctor and hygienists so we keep going back. However, be warned that staff does its best but the wait times consistently are terrible. We had a 9am appointment today and it is 9:39am and still waiting. This happened last time also. For working parents, please allow yourselves about 3 hours for an appointment at least. I am always late to work after even trying to book the earliest appointment here.

The worst experience Ive had with a dentist. Doing the annual check-up and cleaning the doctor urgently recommended that my daughter needed some partial braces for my daughter and the cost was $ 2,351.25 with a great effort pay the total as of 09/30/2019 and from that day began an odyssey that never He had lived before. To take the impressions, they gave me an appointment 11/25/2019 after the office canceled an appointment because the doctor was traveling and I was late to which I was scheduled because I had to make a space between work appointments I had scheduled, for the next appointment where they had to put their braces my daughter had to miss a day of school because there was no other space available, unfortunately it was in vain because the impressions were wrong and the braces were not well, they had I had to make another impression that I had to pay for it as if I had made the mistake. The next date where my sheet lost another day of school, upon arriving at the office we learned that the braces had not arrived that they would send them in the afternoon, I do not understand why they did not call to notify me that they did not have the braces and at least avoid missing a day of school, in my daughters school they do exams every Monday coincidentally only on Mondays orthodontics is attended, at the end on 12/02/2019 they put their braces, on 12/07/2019 we had to go emergency because my daughter had access to the lower gum as a result of the brace after removing only the brace from the bottom the doctor asked to see her again in 2 weeks, which was impossible because we had a vacation we made an appointment for the same day of our return 06/01/2020 unfortunately the plane was delayed, we called to ask to delay the appointment or cancel it, only the answering machine attended us, in the end we went to the office and they refused to Tending to my daughter is really outrageous. I dont want to say that we were treated with discrimination but that was the case, they wanted to give us an appointment for 02/02/2020 in the morning another day of lost school, but I would take it for 02 / 24/2020 11 weeks after the emergency treatment, 12 weeks after the braces were placed. At the end of so much odyssey I have decided to change dentists, to date they do not give me a refund.

HORRIBLE WAIT TIME! The last time I was here I waited for over an hour and a half for a 30 sec visit!! I’m currently here - and it will be again over an hour, because they are apparently running ah hour late- at least that why the receptionist told me! The person sitting next to me has been here for 90 min already!!!This is extremely unprofessional! If they know they are running late - they might as well call their patients and warn them, or reschedule - we take time off work, take our kids out of school and we end up missing the whole day for an appointment that will be exactly 2 min in our case!!! Unbelievable. Last time I ended up spending exactly 3 hours here. Between parking, waiting etc...... this is not the emergency room in a hospital. It’s an orthodontist appointment!!!Other than that, I like the dentist. But this wait time is just unacceptable.

This place is horrible. Probably the worst dentist I have ever been to. Every time I go with my children for an appointment I end up waiting over an hour.Also, they don’t see you as a patient, they see you as money. They pulled out teeth from one of my kids that did not needed to be taken out and then said they needed to add braces to fix the space they created for no reason.I switched dentist right away.DONT GO HERE!!!

I take my kids to this location and i can truly say that i love them and i cant think of a more trusted dentist for my children. We do experience a wait time but it is a childrens dentist and they are absolutly worth the time, the doctors are amazing and the staff always goes out of their way to make then feel comfortable and happy. Love this location! They really know how to put kids at ease when going to the dentist. My three had their teeth cleaned recently and none had any issues. Dr Albarca took his time with us and was great with the kids. What a world of difference it makes to go to a pediatric dentist where the office is used to working with kids.

She had such patience with one of my children who needed extra special attention and is always happy, smiling and going out of her way to say hi and see if there is anything she can do. Child undergoing orthodontic treatment. So far so good. They were responsive when braces got unhooked on 2 occasions. Orthodontics is only available on Mondays, but appointments dont seem to be backlogged. My main peccadillo is they dont answer the phone consistently ( goes to voice main) enough and have not returned messages on more than one occasion.

I booked an appointment with them. Next, I called the day before to confirm the appointment. When I arrived with my 2 kids they said the appointment was for a different date. They said I could wait and they would eventually see us. We waited for over two hours and were then told to leave. I had to take a day off work and pick my kids up from 2 different schools. They were not accommodating.

Love this dentist office, my children felt very welcomed, the doctor was very thorough, staff was very nice and patient which is definitely important when dealing with kids, great atmosphere and my kids felt very at ease during their check up

Unethical business. I received a quote for a dental checkup and cleaning. When I checked my insurance benefits, it seemed incorrect. I followed up with this office that confirmed the original quote was incorrect and I would only owe a copay of $20. The day of my visit they try to bill me the original amount, more than 4x the copay I had confirmed before the appointment. THEY ADMITTED TO MAKING A MISTAKE AND SAID THEY STILL COULD NOT HONOR THE COST AS CONFIRMED BY THEIR OFFICE, AND THREATENED TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

Nice place with lots of toys to entertain kids. The Doctor and the team are nice and attentive too. The only down side is the wait in the office which is very long.NEW EDIT; after 3 months Ive received an invoice out of the blue, since the Dr was in the network and I didnt ask anything extra. Ive been calling the billing department already 5 times during business hours to have an explanation, but Ive never been able to reach someone...Except once but the operator put me on hold 20mn, so I got discouraged. This type of service shows the interest in your money only, very disappointing!

Dr. Krajewski and her team of staff are incredible! Our family has used the office for a couple years so far, and cant be more impressed with their services. They are amazing with the children and couldnt be more successful creating a fun, loving environment.My kids beg to go to the dentist because of them! We definitely recommend!

Before you go please call your insurance company. Know your benefits. Know exactly what you have to pay. Also get a second opinion. These guys are running a racket. The place is clean and beautiful. But this is not a dental office is a used car lot. They dont care about the childrens dental health. Its all about making a buck.

Main Street Dentistry is an excellent source for all pediatric basic care & emergency care for dentistry. They took wonderful care of my 7 year old Nicolas, who fractured his brand new permanent front tooth :( .. Could have been a very scary experience but their care and affection and professionalism shone through and he came out a champ considering the gravity of the situation.

I have been coming to Main Street for 3 or 4 years and I will never go to another place. Dr Helena is great!! . Alejandra and Kirma are sooo special with my two daughters Amanda and Alma, they are always sweet and professionals in what they do. Thanks for everything!!! My children attend the Main Street Children Dental office. I have been taking my children for about 2 years. I am happy with the service that my children has received here. I recommend them.

We went to the Main Street Dentistry a couple times already. Both times the waiting time was minimal, the staff was very patient and caring, especially with my 2 year old who likes to scream. My daughter also liked the little treat bags with the stickers, tooth paste and brush.

Horrible expirience, I loved it the first couple of times but for the past 2-4 months Ive been reschedule the appointment for my son. I even had to call off work for this appointment since they didnt wanna see him in the morning. They claimed to have a called me but all I got was text messages reminding me of the appointment, i got a call to confirm and I confirmed. I took his history off to another dentist we go! This office sucks!

I can believe I have to write this bad review.The doctor is great, but her staff ruins her good job. My daughter was reffered to a specialist since Feb 2017 and I havent been able to get the refferal from Mains Street for my daughter to see the Specialist. I have talked to them more than 3 times. I have tried everything I can for them to process the refferal, but apparently they dont care. I even asked to speak with the doctor, but they didnt let me talk to her.Ohh well what a bad experience . Today I am changing the doctor.I hope you improve your costumer service.
