I have nothing to say except this dentistry is excellent. I always feel welcomed and anything I need or any questions I have, I am immediately assisted. Pedro, in specific, has been cleaning my teeth for years, he is excellent. As well as the amazing teeth work they do, their front desk is very well organized. They are the sweetest people and extremely helpful. It is a very clean office. Coming from a 60 year old, having a dentistry I can trust and go to without feeling unsure, it’s amazing. I 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentistry. They make you feel like you are a person, not just a patient.

I express my personal gratitude to the Dr. Michael Maya for a comprehensive consultation, highly professional approach and the quality of the service received.

So I had a tooth extraction in this dental office. When I made an appointment I was told that tooth extraction cost about $200. I also had a dental plan which gave me 50% discount. So I was supposed to pay about $100. Well the surgery took 3 hours instead of 1, cause the dentist couldnt take out my tooth. He broke it into pieces and in the and told me that he just cant take it out (I dont know how is that even possible). well he told me that he took out the biggest part and there is still tiny piece left deep inside and I dont have to worry about it and I will not even feel it. When it was time to pay, I was told that the cost is going to be $320 (WITH 50% DISCOUNT ALREADY). I asked why it became so expensive, cause they didnt even complete the work I have to pay for. They said its because it took 3 hours for this surgery and that I actually should be happy that I have discount, cause the price originally supposed to be more than $600. So after 3 hours of suffering from huge pain I had to pay these $320. After few days of healing I felt with my tongue a big piece of tooth on that place. I came to this office for consultation and doctor said that its not tooth, its my jaw bone and I dont have to worry about it, it will heal in couple weeks. It didnt, I still felt this huge piece (after couple months). But I moved to a different state so I couldnt go back to this office. So recently I went to my local dentist office. And my new dentist said that its actually a part of that tooth that I feel in my mouth, and he also said that according to the law dentist who makes tooth extraction has to finish his work with no additional cost if he couldnt finish it before. Well now I feel like I was victim of a scam, because I ended up paying $320 for procedure they didnt even finish.
