I first visited this practice in October of 2019, having relocated to Miami Beach. I noticed immediately that Dr. Escoto was very competent. Ive had a number of procedures. All of them went smoothly. Dr. Escoto performs the procedures in a manner that seem so effortless for her. She definitely knows here stuff:.Dr. Mantovani has also worked on my dental issues. He is excellent as well.You are not guaranteed expert dental care when visiting just any dental office. This one is highly recommended. I also appreciate the competent support staff and that everyone is friendly, not dry and lacking otherwise, as with some other practices.

I have severe anxiety. But in the hands of Doctors Maldovani and Escoto I know I am in the best hands that I can possibly be. They are so understanding, patient and compassionate. They genuinely want the treatment that is best for you and have your best interest at mind with everything they do. I even moved 3 hours away and still travel to come see them for all my dental needs because I know I am in good hands. You dont get this feeling anywhere.

Had my wisdom teeth out on 09/04/2020, I can say the experience was absolutely amazing. I only had two upper teeth pulled out, since I dont have any lower wisdom teeth. The quote was fair, and the procedure took 15 minutes. I have no pain, which is rare but amazing and hardly any swelling. Legitimately 24 hours later and you are ready to rock and roll. Still make sure to follow the instructions!

I was very pleased with this dental clinic. I called in the morning and they were able to see me a couple hours later. They were very accommodating and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I had a tooth injury that needed looked at, and they were very good about discussing and explaining to me what we needed to do! I highly recommend this dentist office! They are amazing at what they do!!

It took me a long time to decide to write this review because I used to trust and like this place and went there for 5 years for annual cleanings, plus recommended fillings, root canals and crowns.However, I have to write this review as a warning to others.I am giving this place one star because of two reasons:1. They lied to my insurance company, over billed me, and frauded my insurance, and I would have never known had I not started digging into things. For example, I went in for emergency pain appointment and they quickly looked at my tooth and said it needs a specialist root canal treatment. I found out they had billed my insurance company for x-rays (which were never taken as I was pregnant) during that visit; this is just one example of how they overbill and lie about it. I had to discover their “mistake” and go through the insurance company to get monwyI haven’t bothered to go back the whole 5 years of billing history because I’m afraid I’d just get angry and there’s nothing I can do at this point.After this visit I left because things started smelling fishy and I’m glad I did because I’m finally getting the proper care I should have been receiving all these years.2. Substandard work and medical negligence. Since switching dentists, I have had to have two root canals, two crowns, multiple fillings, and an implant done at the cost of thousands and thousands because this dental practice provided me with substandard work; one example is a root canal and crown that was done only 4 years ago, but the tooth fell out with the crown on it as it hadn’t been done properly (as per another dentist’s assessment) and now I’m getting an implant done because of their shoddy work. ! I even contacted the practice to ask about warranty on their work and they refused to cover things that had failed.The list could go on. They billed for “examinations” when no real thorough examination was performed - if it had, I would have known about brewing issues and they could have been fixed before I started actually losing teeth.Hopefully this serves as a warning to others.

I had to have some emergency dental work done, and the team here did an excellent job. The office is attractive and clean, the staff is intelligent and friendly, and the doctor did a good job. Thank you.

They truly care about their patients and are always so caring and understanding. Over the years they have kept my smile looking and feeling great. Don’t go. I wasn’t the type to leave reviews and I really don’t like to do it but I owe it to people because is too bad to have had the experience and be like: how was I suppose to know?/ why hasn’t anybody told me anything?/ Why is this happening to me?/... etc - you got the point, and afterwards there’s nothing you can do but be mad and super frustrated with the loss on top of everything else! You will loose money, energy and time! Is very bad! Listen to other people’s bad reviews not to the nice ones, as someone else has mentioned it in the 1 star reviews already. So far I haven’t seen greedier people than this office! Horrible

I had my wisdom teeth removed with Sobedentist. I had to have all 4 removed and prepared for the worst and was pleasantly surprised. They only numbed my mouth and the procedure only last 45 minutes and aside from being puffy I felt fine. It was great to not be sedated. By the following day most of the swelling was gone.I visit this dentist for all my routine cleanings and dentist needs. I selected them when I moved down here based on their excellent reviews. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you just moved to the area.

What an exceptional experience! Just because Im a physician, doesnt mean Im any less apprehensive about going to the dentist than anyone else. After several different procedures, I have to say they take dentistry to the next level.Their office has an professional yet relaxed and warm atmosphere. The staff has always been very friendly.It all started with an emergency when I bit into a date (the fruit) and broke one of my front teeth on the pit. That was Saturday night. Sunday morning I was in the office with my tooth being fixed.I eventually made the decision to get all those nasty toxic mercury filling removed from my mouth. After several visits, they were out and beautiful new non-toxic fillings replaced them. They used special equipment when taking the toxic mercury fillings out of my mouth and I felt very safe and well cared for. While all the work was being done on my mouth, Dr. Escotoss staff had set me up with a great movie on a set of video glasses and when the movie was done, so was my dental work!Most recently, a routine check up (and I went willingly and without resistance) and cleaning went very smoothly.After my experiences with their office, I began referring my own patients to SoBe Dentist with all positive responses.

The Dentist’s office for me was traumatic and never a good experience. For years, I spent tons of time and money going to different dentists, never leaving satisfied with the results. I have been a client at SOBEDENTIST since 2011. I originally sought them out as they specialized in Neuromuscular Dentistry, this area of dentistry combines treatment of the jaw, muscles and joints in the face that affect your bite. I suffered from horrible migraines and after countless doctors visits and scans I finally found out about this area of dentistry. I began treatment with Dr Escoto and after just a few weeks my years of migraines were over. Dr Escoto and Dr Mantovani are highly educated and professional, they have extensive backgrounds and knowledge on a wide range of medical practices in the dentistry field. You can tell when you talk to them that they know their stuff! I have always had such a pleasurable experience at the office, Dr Escoto is very holistic in her personal life which makes for those awkward dentist visits a thing of the past. Now I can talk to my dentist openly and honestly and I feel like she really listens. I have also gotten cavities filled, teeth cleanings, had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed AND Invisalign treatment all with the SoBe team. Came in last minute with wisdom tooth pain and from start to finish Dr. Mantovani and his staff were great.

I went for a cleaning session and the nurse spent the entire time trying to get me to buy an invisiline product she even dragged In a member of staff wearing the product whilst I was having my teeth cleaned. Then the dentist came in and told me why he thought I should spend thousands on invisiline.Then when I looked at my bill they had charged me a huge consultation fee.When I called back to say I didnt ask for a consultation I was told by the receptionist that they charge everyone that consultation fee and she refused to refund my money.When I got a second opinion from a professional dentist I was told that I did not need invisiline and he offered his opinion for free. Ill never return there.

The experience I had was terrible!I took my 5 year old son for a simple dental cleaning, and they broke the resin on the front tooth !!After being able to communicate with the dentist Escoto. In a very rude way he told me that they were not going to take care of the arrangement!Very bad experience! I do not recommend to anybody!
