This is the best dentist I have been to. He is honest, caring, and extremely bright. Anything I ask for him to explain he takes the time to do so and explains it very well. He never rushes you and will methodically go through all of your concerns. His prices are very fair and he does not push you to get the treatment and will only stress it if it is completely necessary. His staff is excellent as well and will call to check on you after your appointment. I can not say enough good things about this place. Nice to know I finally found a dentist for life.

Everyone at the office was very welcoming. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and gave me some tips to care for my teeth, with which I had issues. Not only is Dr. Plitt a great dentist, his office is run by some of the friendliest staff, they operate on the premise that time is valuable and do not overbook. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes, before I am seated and ready for the hygienist to begin. While dentist visits are not pleasant by nature, everything else about my visits to Dr. Plitt’s make the process relatively painless.

I am new to Miami and have had a complicated problem with one area in my mouth. After many rough experiences at past dentists in the northeast, I decided to give Dr. Plitt a try after reading his reviews. They made time to fit me into his schedule and I didnt feel rushed at all! He must have spent nearly 45 minutes with me explaining my options...most importantly, they didnt pressure me to get started on an approach immediately. He is very patient, calm, and understanding which I cant believe! Phyllis, behind the desk, is such a lovely woman! I also got a wonderful, gentle cleaning from the hygienist! I will be going back and am very fortunate for having found them. I cant say enough good things about this office.

I have always been afraid of the dentist... but that was until I started using Dr. Plitt. He is so gentle, even my kids have no qualms about going to the dentist (and theyve had some root canals done). While working, he continuously pauses to ensure you are not uncomfortable or experiencing any pain. His office is clean, professional and hi-tech, The wait time is always minimal to none - and thats mostly due to the professional and friendly staff. (Shout-out to Phyllis who is just amazing!). We have been using him for a number of years now, and HIGHLY recommend him.

I brought my 91yo mother to Dr Plitts office for her first dental visit in many years. The office staff, dental hygienist, Dr Plitt and his assistant could not have treated her better. They treated her with great friendliness and respect and made her feel comfortable with her care (no small task). She needed additional work done and they were able to accommodate her to have all the work done at one sitting. We are very happy to have found a great dental office in Miami Beach and would highly recommend it.

Probably the best dental visit I ever had in 30 years of living in Miami Beach. I came to my appointment 20 minutes early greeted with a smile from Phyllis the receptionist and within five minutes I was escorted right in to the Doctors office by Julia the dental hygienist. Dr. Plitt was recommended to me by a friend. My family and I have been going to him now for 3 years and today, my youngest had her first ever cleaning and exam.I am happy with everything here. The wait time is short, the rooms and equipment are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist is awesome! Dr. Plitt is gentle and explains everything very clearly. Hes more watchful rather than aggressive in his treatments, meaning hes not jumping to the biggest and most expensive procedure if its possible that you dont need it. Ive had other dentists who Ive felt were doing treatments that really werent necessary... this is not the case with Dr. Plitt. I trust that he has my best interest in mind.What truly sets Dr. Plitt and his staff apart from others is the way they treat my family. They are patient with my kids and make the whole experience fun for them and completely free of anxiety. I had so much fear of dentists as a child, so a dentist and hygienist who can put my kids at ease is a priority of mine. Its one of the reasons I drive all the way from Pinecrest!
