Do not rent from this company the owner scam people his name William Tonelli, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We rented a car and later found out that had no spare tired.We changed for another one that was missing a stop light.We finally changed it for an old ford mustang that consumes a tank every two days. This last car was in a horrible mechanical condition, dirty, and impossible to enjoy.One star is too much. Half star would be too much too.Tourist scam in a bright day light.

This rental doesnt exist. We made a reservation online for today. We walked with our bags to the 1665 Washington Av. But there is no rental office here. We asked and neighbords told us that they are headed about but rent a ride doesnt exist (yet?).Dont waste your time looking for them.

Do not rent here. William Tonelli, the owner scams people on their deposit. The company is to be found at Federal Trade Comission, complaints about scamming....

This effing people cancel my reservation one hour before my arrival. I arrived at the airport and got stock for 2hrs looking for a car.

We have rented cars twice through this rental agency and sincerely the service is impeccable, the boss Will is most accommodating and very patient and explains very well without any bad surprises (we are French). The rental office shares its walls with a barber who is not lacking in originality. Only downside, cars that are not always nickels clean but otherwise still thank you for everything Will !!!
