What wonderful customer service my group received today. This entire week has been so stressful with Hurricane Delta canceling our trip to Tulum, Mexico. So at the last min we decided to come to Miami for a couple days and then rent a car to drive to the keys. We booked with National and showed up to get our car and they didnt have any cars, and my group of 4 along with many other upset customers were all told they had no cars. We had literally called every rental car company in the city of Miami and this was the only one that was not only helpful but went above and beyond. Please let Tareq know how much we appreciate him and tell his boss how amazing he is!
