Signature rentals Miami was so accommodating and nice!!! We had troubles with other rentals and signature rentals stepped up to the plate!! He made us feel at ease and patiently helped us through the whole process!! Would definitely recommend and would give more then five stars if possible :) thanks so much signature rentals!!!

Horrible experience!! They charge us extra 100$ for the bump that we didnt see when we rented it.I couldnt get a car with Avis and had to go to this company by their recommendation.It was on January 7th of 2021.When I RETURNED them the car I was accused of having a scratch under the front bumper on the left side.(by the way the person who checked the car found the spot in 2 sec. like he knew where it is located)When I said to the manager that it is a small spot and it was like that already. She said to me U are lucky I am not charging you 500$ instead. Also she mentioned that you have your signature on the documents that do not mention that bumb.For the future. Please!Dont go with the company that doesnt have good reputation!Enterprise, Avis, Budget YES!!!DONT COME HERE!!

Our original rental car plans fell through and we needed a rental car quick! Sammy saved the day! With one phone call he had a car ready for us to drive away as soon as we arrived. The car was clean, smelled good, and drove great. The best part was that we were able to drop the car off after hours. Everything went smooth from pick up to drop off! On a whim, my wife and I decided to take our kids to Everglades and therefore started looking for a rental car. Avis was the only place that was within a walkable distance and did not have any cars. Thankfully, Signature had a couple of SUVs available. I only needed a car for a few hours and wanted to return the car later in the evening. Signature saved the day!We rented a car originally through Expedia and due to our flight change I knew we had to call to change pickup reservation. The original car rental place didn’t pick up for three days. When I got there I was surprised people actually worked there. The ride girl said our reservation expired and we couldn’t get a car. Told her I’d been calling but she didn’t care.Got to my air bnb and the next day went to 5 car rental places and all but one tried to scam me. Signature! The gentleman w the blue eyes whose name I did not get, had told me that he’d have a car in an hour and sure enough he did.So happy we found signature and will be using them for future trips to Miami Beach 1000%.

SAMI the guy they rented the car to us was rude. Could not get a straight answer on the charges. The receipt was so faint from his printer, unreadable. When I asked him to be more specific he got irritated and shoooed me out like, don’t worry it’s fine.. two day rental 75.00 a day great. I turned the car in the following day at the location specified and the guy who received it was like; yeah I know it’s weird. No receipt, no confirmation then I see instead of 195.00 as they said i get billed 300.00 pathetic service.

I rented a car for 4 days and was shuttles to the rental spot. Everything was going good and the manager was helpful. I then was informed since I was returning the car during Christmas I had to return it to a near by hotel. When I did return it I made sure the car was clean and filled the gas over the half mark. I waited for the valet guy to Inspect the interior and and exterior of the car. After, checking the whole car he give me the thumps up and said “car is good”. I left thinking I’d get my deposit but instead I got a text saying the car is damaged and call my insurance. I replied back saying did you ask the old guy where I dropped the rental off if they was any damages on it and he kept ignoring and replying back our insurance department will contact you. It has been 10 days and no refund and no one calling me. I have a small video of the old guy checking the car and the damages weren’t in the video. I texted that to the guy and he hasn’t replied since.

By all mean I wanted to give them 5 stars. First of all the car we were given the workers had no idea that the radio was not working in the red Ford Mustang we brung it to there attention and they said take the car or cancel which should have been a red flag however my husband was persistent with getting a drop top vehicle. The guy who is the manager so he claims were respectful to both me and my husband until we had to call back and go over so Information that he typed and signed in the office stating a price that would be refunded back however after looking at bank transactions I called he remembered us and he refused to speak with me so I merged in my husband he went from being the nice person we met making promises and signing off on them to completely being rude and tell us he did not need our business! Super unprofessional when we were only calling to get a better understanding. He unknowingly just lost two very loyal clients potentiality I just opened a business in the area and we planned on always renting from them solely off of how well we were treated as customers. So I am so disappointed to give them 1 star and leave this lengthy review. But DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION STICK TO ENTERPRISE OR ANYONE ELSE

Hello this will be a two part review. First part is our experience with this company so far. Checking in and out the vehicle, getting a car quickly, and a really clean car, has been very hassle free and easy. Second one will be when we return the vehicle. Sami is the guy who took very good care of us and has been so nice and efficient. I can tell hes a very hard worker. He never lets his costumers wait long. Hes very quick to get you in and out, so that you can be off haveing a wonderful time. We think he is a huge asset to the company. He even recommed some very nice places to visit while we are out here. The price to rent a car is by far the best in Miami beach. We want to return here regularly. Next time with our family and kids an use this car service again. And especially work with Sami whos been a breath of fresh air making this experience a breeze! We will post again our experience after the car is returned.

I forgot to rate this awesome experience with signature rent-a-car that happened 4 months ago.... but I’m back to explain how great They are.From the first contact over the phone till the drop off - everything was professional, straight forward and honest which is really hard to find these days! The prices are fair and the cars are almost brand new! There’s now up-charges or bs over charge or fees. We got convertible red Ford Mustang and took a ride to key west... it was awesome 👏. Another great part is that you can return the car anytime cuz they work with some hotels in the area and Parking garages, valet parking and stuff so it makes it really convenient to rent and drop off. Thank you Samy and we will be back to rent again from you!

THEY ALL SAY THE SAME: THIEFS!Probably the less reliable place and the most distasteful place to rent a car in Miami Beach! Not only the car was not ready one hour after the scheduled time, but also the guy was aggressive and rude to us, he tried to charge us again while we had already paid, and at a higher rate. When we showed evidence that it had already been paid, he came back with another argument that we needed to pay “additional taxes”! There are so many nice places to rent a car in the area, this one is simply to run away from! Also they rent back to back so no cleaning in between users. Simply ideal when the covid is all around! Given the number of people who get their credit cards charged additional hundreds and thousands of dollars for no reason and who never see their guaranty deposits again (simply read all the other reviews), I am glad we immediately requested our money back and left the place w/o giving them the chance to fraud our card!To RUN AWAY FROM!!!!

Owner is a complete lier, please book from expedia or any authentic place they have better rates and you dont have to deal with his lies, he will make you sign the documents, we trusted him on his words and didnt read agreement and he did not read any disclosures or told any hidden fees and he loves to write lies on google rating . Due to an unfortunate circumstance, the car was not available and all other vehicles were rented. Zcammers work in Signature. They still my money 2300 USD just because I have come back car in different place, not what have sighn on agreement. I have rent car Ford Mustang on Signature and come back car in Holiday inn airport hotel after 2 days. The Signature office take 2300 USD from my card, but have to take 171×2=342 USD. I come to their office to ask why they still my money, but guy who works there told me: dont disturb my business and start to call police. I also going to police and sign fraud statement.

BAD EXPERIENCE, I took the car for two days, the first day I was served a person at the friendly desk who hastily explained everything to me, we agreed to understand the fact that I could take advantage of their overnight parking in the hotel nearby ac hotel.The day after his colleague pretended to have forgotten everything, not happy he credited me with an unpaid figure, without warning me ...... at that point I told him that he could keep the car (thus losing the rental for the second day) in front of my grievances he pretended to be busy doing more ....... I was so angry that he ruined a day of vacation.Of course, the money was not returned, by my side, these people have only one name...

Fraud work here, they still from my card 2300 USD and dont want to come back any pounds. Just because I have come back car not in same office what was sign in rental agreement. I have rent car from Sighn for one day its amount 172 USD. They blocked 500 USDfirst and after 172 USD. After I have come back car the took from my card total amount 2300 USD, I have come back Miami for this purpose, because they still my money. I come to Signature office t ask why they have took 2300 USD, the guy told me thats penalties, I asked him to show me where is in rental agreement sighn this penalties 2300 USD but he was not answer nothing and start kick out me from his office and start to call police. I also come to police and wrote a fraud statement.

Rented from Collins Ave in Miami beach. Very good reliable company. For people with bad credit, all you have to do is leave a deposit. It was a good price, only $50 per day. No games, or surprises!

Rented a car for 4 days, had to extend an extra day with no hassle what so ever. Mustang convertable, best prices by far with option of free parking, pick-up and drop-off service within mid-south beach. Avis, Hertz, Sixt, could not offer same deal as for all included tolls, full coverage insurance, free parking or car availability. Great service and definitely am a repeat customer.

Unreliable place, we have booked a Ford mustang for two days, when we arive to pick it up we were told that the car should be ready in half an hour, after half an hour we were told that we should wait one and half hour again or to take another vehicle Nissan and we had no choice and we took it and agreed to return it in the airport and we were told that there is a shuttles every 10 minutes but not surprising that it was another lie, apperantly the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and we had to take a taxi... Buttom line not recommended.

Great experience. Normally I am a bit anxious renting cars as theres always hidden charges and I worry they will try to charge for any extras like damages that didnt occur. Signature rent a car were clear of the charges from start to finish. It would be advisable to research before getting the car, if your going near tolls you will be charged extra which is nothing to do with the company but they buy a sunpass to apply a discount to the tolls. And the excess is £500 for damages, but we reduced this to £0 by paying an extra £15 which was really reasonable. An extra driver was £10. The guy said we had a full tank but when we got in it was just under half way so we took a picture of how full it was and let him know when we got back he was perfectly happy once hed checked everything. They picked us up from our hotel and the service was friendly. Really happy with the service.
