I got a gel manicure on my real nails (which are always chipping and breaking) 5 days ago and it still looks just the way it did when I left the salon - beautiful and I can’t stop staring at my nails!! My nail tech was Kim Anh - I was in a hurry and before starting, she said it would be done in an hour and a half. She finished RIGHT on time, in fact even a couple minutes earlier!! She was so sweet and asked me if I liked my nails every step of the way - leaving no room for dissatisfaction. I attached a pic of the long nails I showed her as a reference as well as a pic of my own nails, which I liked even better than the reference pic!! My manicure came out to be $60 because of the gold foil (they said gel starts off at $30 I believe).

Kim did such a beautiful job on my nails! I’m so happy I was placed with her the day of my appointment. She took her time and made sure every nail was filed perfectly, cuticles were neat and most of all I was happy. 5+⭐️ thanks Kim

I have gotten 2 manicures here and am so happy with the results. I have tried a bunch of different salons for UV Gel tips and they always came out bad. Michael at Lavo Nail Lounge got it right the first time! The design I have gotten lasted the full time and I got so many compliments. The salon is always clean and they make sure that you love your nails and that the length, shape, color, design are what you want. They have a client for life now!

I love how my nails turn out, but after 1 week the nail polish went of, i try to make another appointment and i have to wait 4 WEEKS! That’s insane! I know they’re good but that’s too far! they post last minute availability on instagram… i think they can post when they’re booked for a week or something because they’re loosing customers, i have to look for another spot to get my nails done, they have to think how to manage that.

I absolutely LOVE LAVO Nail Lounge. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in and feel I have found my nail home after trying other establishments. My first time meeting Lanah was a wonderful experience. She called me to say my nail tech (Megan, who is amazing by the way) was ready for me. I felt safe and they really went above and beyond with cleanliness in our “new normal”. I even sent my mother there so that shows how much I love them. LAVO has a client for life!

This is the best nail spot around. They are nicest and hardest working staff. Always on time and clean! My only complaint is that they’re ALWAYS booked, but that just goes to show how great they are!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. It is super clean and follows all covid protocols. All the staff are very kind and do a wonderful job. I love that my appointments are always organized and on time. They send a text reminder which is very helpful. Megan usually does my nails and they are perfect every time.

The quality of my service was so poor. The design that was done on my nails was not like the picture that I was shown. I had to ask her to go over the color again because it was so light. I still have powder stuck to my nails. Then when it was time to pay they made up the design price on the spot.Warning to others not to go here.

LAVO Nail Lounge has very talented nail technicians. It is very hard to find quality nail techs these days. After searching and going from salon to salon because I wasnt happy with any of them, someone referred me to LAVO. I am so pleased with how my UV Hard Gel nails turned out. They may be a little more expensive than most, but its absolutely worth it. I will be going to them from now on. I would recommend them to a friend. Thanks LAVO!

The place is great they are very clean but it’s hard to get an appointment every time I call even on slow days . I will have to go to another nail salon elsewhere .

Michael is amazing!! He does beautiful, careful work, and my nails last forever. (I usually go every 3 weeks but needed to wait 4 and, while they were super grown out, they looked almost as good as they did the day I got them done.) He also has great color sense and can be trusted to pick colors if youre not sure what to get.

Let me start off by saying I rarely get my nails done. I just find it to be a waste of money sometimes, but I’m trying to get into self care a little more so I decided to get my nails done. This was my first time booking at LAVO and the process was seamless. I literally made the appointment like 2 hours in advance and they were able to take me with no wait time. You know when you go to the nails salons for a 4pm appointment, no one is touching his nails until 5:30pm. I literally walked in and was directed to my nail tech. The place is very clean and seems to be doing a great job keeping up with COCVID regulations. The nail salon itself is very well kept and spa-like. They use new supplies for every customer. I went in for a gel manicure and my nails tech did a really nice job. She was also super sweet. I work at the hospital and I literally wash or sanitize my hands every 10 min and my nails haven’t chipped yet. I’m definitely returning for my next appointment. Loved the experience!!

Moving from Bklyn to NJ, I was in search for a nail salon. I tried another salon in NJ last year but was not satisfied. I resorted back to my old salon in Bklyn. I was determined to find a place near home in NJ and Im so happy I never gave up!With everyones reviews, I decided to try Lavo Nail Lounge. It was amazing! A bit more pricey than what Im used to but worth it! David was incredible. Made sure I was happy with everything from nail length, took his time, etc. Im used to dip powder but decided to try gel mani. He explained everything!Last minute I wanted a design because I saw their work on Instagram but David explained it has to be mentioned while booking your appt. He did do a glitter nail instead which was fine! Point being he made sure I was happy & satisfied! Im looking forward to booking my next appt so I can get a design I like & not told it wont come out exactly like that..Thank you so much David & Lavo Nail Lounge! I love my new found nail salon! ❤

After living in NJ for over 2 years, I finally found a nail salon that lives up to my expectations. All the nail technicians are very polite and expert in what they do. I recommend you make an appointment at least one week ahead of time.

I called in the morning to make an appointment for 3 people in the afternoon and they were able to scheduled us all together, the place is clean and nice, they are very well prepared during this covid-19 times... with a thermometer, hand sanitizers, and acrylic separations between the nail professional and the customer. Although they only take cash payments, they provided other digital options if you prefer electronic payment. I’m definitely coming back, and highly recommend.

The music is very relaxing at the pedicure stations and I enjoyed watching E news while getting my manicure. David did my nails and he was amazing. He was super nice and I will definitely go back.

Amazing service

This is my first time here. I read a bunch of reviews thought I come and try this place out. I got my nails done by Megan. Im so glade I came. She took her time and give me exactly what I want. I show her a design and told her she doesnt have to do the same one but she said if I like it she will do it. If I show that design to anyone else they would probably convince me to do something else. The price is a little pricey than what Im used to. But I will definitely come again and will recommend others to come too.

Got amazing up nails for my recent Disney trip

I Originally went in for an acrylic fill and gel polish on top. I ended up getting a whole new set. Megan did a Wonderful job. Gentle and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend this place. It was clean and the other techs seemed nice as well.

Best place to get your nails done! Lanah is the sweetest person ever and a perfectionist. Im very picky and my nails always look beautiful and last long! All of the techs are great! Nails always on point!

I went to this salon for the first time today for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I had Gia help me out with both which I liked. The wait wasn’t bad, probably about 20 minutes or so. It came out to $55 for both which is only slightly over the last salon I used to go to religiously before I moved. The pedicure was great, I got a scrub and massage on my legs along with my callouses scraped. She even made suggestions on my first two colors being too light. All in all good experience! Especially since I usually only get a manicure done so it should be so expensive in the future!

Phone calls go unanswered, then you are put on hold, owner is always unavailable to come to the phone, as is the manager. They never give you an appointment unless someone cancels. Rude staff and disgrunted staff. I was gifted a certificate to LAVO nail Lounge in August 2019, and have still to get an appointment to use it. I have heard unless your bill adds up to over $50, they are not inclined to give you an appointment. The reviews seem great, unfortunately the service in sub par.

I do not do reviews, but LAVO Nail deserve one. I am an extreme perfectionist and picky person. I feel as though if I am paying for a service, I expect it to be done to my liking. Over the years, I have been to several nail salons and have yet to find the one that has perfect my nails the way I want until I walked into LAVO Nail Lounge. I have been a customer with them for 3 months now and I do not plan on ever leaving. I love the way they take care of my nails and will be a long time customer with them.

Nice looking salon, great quality of work and everyone is very nice but theyre very very slow. The price you pay for perfection. Michael and Linah will make sure you are thrilled with your nails but anticipate spending 6 hours in the salon for an acrylic full set and pedicure.

I cant even remember the last time I went to a nail salon that genuinely cared so much about my experience AND did an amazing job. Went in for coffin nails to start my new job on Tuesday that came out perfect - no one rushed me, no one scratched me or cut my cuticles too deep, my gel wasnt clumpy, and they even combined colors to try and match the combination I wanted that I found on Pinterest. They respect appointments here too which is awesome to see! Definitely a good time and worth the money!

Michael was extremely thorough and precise with my nails. I showed him a picture of something I wanted and I like my finished product even better than the original photo. Not to mention, he was very kind and patient. This was my best nail experience so far.

I absolutely LOVE Lavo. It took me a while to find a good nail salon in my area, and they are the best! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are incredibly talented with their designs and really take their time with making sure my nails are perfect. They must use only very high quality products because Im able to get up to 4 weeks out of my gel manis and dip powder manis! Thats way longer than any other salon Ive been to. Highly recommend!

Had my first experience at this salon tonight and i most certainly will return. They fixed my nails from a previous job done by another salon and i am happy with the results. Everyone was so professional, the salon was clean and owner and staff are wonderful. I also love the fact that the owner responds to questions online which also caught my attention, she posted the prices as well as informing clients that they use disposable items when doing pedicures. I typically go to a different salon but decided to try a new place when they were booked this afternoon for a mani/pedi + eyebrow wax. At first, they told me they were also booked, but called me back saying they had a last minute cancellation. What luck ! I tried Lavo and it was a great experience. David did my mani/pedi and he was so friendly and did great work-- very thorough massage, careful with sensitive areas and consistent with polish. The sweet girl who did my eyebrows (didnt get her name!) was also very friendly and professional and did a great job. Its very evident that you need an appointment to come here-- they are very busy for a reason ! Quality work, professional staff, friendly environment, and the best part is: its the exact same price as my usual salon. I cant wait to come back in the future. Thanks Lavo !

On my search for a lunch time pedicure spot that doesnt disappoint, I stumbled on LAVO Nail Lounge.Great customer service from the time I walked in. I made an appointment and was in the chair within 2 minutes of walking in (salon was about 70% full at that time). They ASKED me if I was on my lunch hour. First time I have ever been asked - I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady at the desk that brought me to the chair put my feet in water and took off the polish while my tech was on her way to assist me. A++ for customer service.My tech was Jackie. Great personality and did a wonderful job. Callus removal a 10!!! Would definately recommend Jackie if you need a little extra TLC. Their polish selection was vast and of good quality (I chose Perfect Match). Salon was clean and decor was pleasant. Prices were on par with area salons.All in all I will definately be back for my OOOSAAAA lunch time pedicure.

I work nearby and needed to get a pedi and tops before I left for vacation the next day. The place is beautiful and the employees are really nice. Kathy was my technician. While she gave me a really nice pedicure, however the acrylic tips she did are a near disaster.- I wanted a short almond shape. They turned out much longer than I wanted.- The nails are misshapen. I can see large curves which flatten then curve again at the tip. Very weird.- The lengths of my ring fingers dont match. One is longer than the other, even after I pointed it out and she attempted to fix it.- I had to ask her to put an extra coat of color on my nails cause one hand came out lighter than the other, which she did notice but didnt correct until I pointed it. Idk why but she ended up putting blobs of polish on the tips of the hand that was fine so now I have a couple of fingers with darker points.- 2 days later, the polish on 1 nail already chipped.- One of my pinkys is oval, not almond.- As she was filing by nails, it started to cut into my skin. She said she thought was cutting into me but didnt check until I flinched. The next day, 3 of my fingers were swollen and painful due to the rough filing.- She cut my cuticles and now they look ragged.Though she was very nice, Im not going back here. It seems that shes popular and has a lot of clients which is great for her but Kathys too easily distracted and makes unsolicited advice that I didnt appreciate. I spent 2 hrs there and thats the longest Ive ever spent to get my nails done. It was basically a waste of my time. Next time, Ill go somewhere else.I gave them 2 stars cause the place is beautiful.

I have been here on 2 occasions. Pedicures are amazing and a defenitly reccomend but the nail skills leave much to be desired. For people who like more gel options of plain colors with accents like glitter gel this will be a good place but I like a lot more artistic details with paints and they are just not capable of much with that. I come here when my regular place is booked up and I need a fill or my nails will break. I do like that they take Venmo, card, cash payments. I think they do PayPal too but not 100% sure.

Mike does my nails. Im actually not a getting my nails done person but this nail salon is the best Ive ever been to. Two weeks after I get my nails done, they still look like I just got them done. I highly recommend stopping in and getting your nails done. A bit costly but you definitely get what you pay for.

Where do I start.. I called to make an appointment for me and my friend the receptionist said they were booked. Hung up the phone then she called me right back said that there was a cancellation came in with my friend I got a gel manicure she got her toes and was SUPPOSE to get a fill in. As she’s waiting for her toes to dry it starts getting busy.. no one is coming up to us as to when it’s her turn to get her nails done I talk to the owner Michael I believe asked if my name was in the book I explained multiple times the receptionist didn’t take out name he put the book down sat back at his chair and ignored me!! I had to ask two other people what was going on the other owner (by the reception desk) would not say anything until we came up to her then she politely said “oh the receptionist double booked I’m so sorry” so we left horrible customer service!! Some of the nail techs were even leaving for the day how are you going to be a busy nail salon with nail techs leaving? Never coming back again!!!

The techs are very nice but I broke a nail a day after my acrylic gel manicure. Went to go get it fix then 2 days later 2 different nails broke. Linah is in charge and said I could come back anytime to get them fixed but I don’t have all the time in the world to keep coming back? Some of my polish is also chipping already. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.
