Whenever I go to other nail salons, I’m feel the intensity of the stress from an employee or the passive aggressive attitudes. Mai and Hank makes me feel like I’m visiting my relatives homes 🥺. They take their time doing my nails and keep in check if it’s exactly how I want the nail shapes to look and feel. I always get so many complements on my cute nails thanks to Mai’s artistic skills 💅 If I come with a photo she recreates it in her style.Even with the tip, the prices here are very affordable compared to other places I used to go. I go here for the tranquil atmosphere, cute AF designs and the kindest owners. The cherry on top, they always look forward to me returning for my refills which truly makes me feel welcomed 💖🥰.

My new nail salon! Excellent quality of work and customer service! Business consists of a lovely husband and wife duo who are very sweet and treat their customers with kindness and respect. The wife, Mai, is certainly skilled on the nail art! Very reasonable prices and theyre honest! They accidentally overcharged me on my credit card. When they realized their mistake, they immediately informed me. I told them it wasnt a big deal and proceeded to still give them a nice tip. They would only accept half of the tip I was going to give them bc the husband said he wanted to be honest! Very impressive as honesty is very uncommon in a lot of businesses. Most people will try to get over on you if they can. I highly recommend this nail salon!

What a great experience! Not only were they very professional and clean, but they also have these massage chairs that were so soothing!

Good experience getting a regular mani/pedi at Metuchen Nail Spa. They follow Covid protocols and were friendly and efficient. My mani lasted longer than I expected at 3 days before the first chip (with all the hand washing and sanitizing I do I was sure it wouldnt make it past 2 days.) They gave a nice nice and foot massage as part of the mani/pedi and they asked questions throughout (what shape, push or cut cuticles, and how many coats of polish I wanted.) My only feedback to the salon would be to update and freshen up the regular polish offerings.

The absolute sweetest couple who give you personalized treatment. This is the FIRST place where the techs took the time to explain every step AND listened to all my preferences. I feel so well taken care of and will never go anywhere else. They even confirm how much time you have left in your meter and will offer to put extra quarters for you. They really go above and beyond for their guests. Plus, their nail work is superb; my beautiful dip powder nails lasted 4 weeks and wasn’t chunky or awkward growing out.Please, do yourself a favor and give this place a chance. Appointments only. They accept major credit cards but cash only for tip.

I think it was terrible they cant do polka dots when they have a stick that they can do them with. I have nail polish all over my fingers and my nails werent even fully painted I could see my finger nail.
