I called very late just before 6:00 and spoke with Victoria. She told me she would take me as soon as I could get there. I have not been there in several years but was treated like an old friend. Victoria did my manicure while Jessica did my pedicure. The salon looks lovely, clean and so accommodating. Julie works with her Mom and was taking care of another happy client. Victoria and her team made me feel like they valued my business. I will definitely be back again.

Absolutely zero communication the moment I walked in the door. I had an appointment made for a manicure and pedicure and was treated like I was interrupting them upon arrival. Literally took my feet out of the tub and left due to the way I was being treated. Do not go to this nail salon.

Jessica did my nails and did great. She was very patient with me and my 2 year old. I have a couple crooked nails but with how she did my nails you can’t even tell. I highly recommend this place.

I loved when i walked in and was greeted immediately. The massage chairs were very modern and felt amazing. The tecnitions really took their time and were so sweet and friendly. I am honestly going to switch my old nail shop. I am definitely going to be returning for future services!!!

Before I came here, my nails wouldnt last more than a week or two when I would get them done, but now they last an entire month! The staff is so friendly and so good at what they do. Ive brought friends and family members who also loved their nails after too. The first time I went they gave me a 15% off discount for the next time I came. This is my favorite nail place and Im so glad I found them!

Gave them 3 tries, won’t be back. While the salon itself is somewhat clean, the employees DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS AFTER EACH USE. Victoria used an e-file attachment so old and worn down on my nails I had to ask her multiple times to stop because my nails were getting so hot from the friction. The e-file itself was probably no less than 10 years old as it was yellow from age, and had multiple melted spots on the device itself. I was cut multiple times with the electric file, no antiseptic was used (nor was an apology issued). She didn’t even clean the blood off before applying the top coat, so now several of my fingers have blood dried into the dip itself. After cutting me, she put the electric file attachment back in her kit without sanitizing it. These women DO NOT care about the health of your nails. I came in for a soak off and to get the exact same color of dip powder I already had. Victoria allowed my nails to soak for a total of about 3 minutes before literally grinding the rest off with an electric file. The old dip she was removing was barely soft enough to be removed. My real nails are now so brittle and thin, the new dip is already peeling off after day 4. I expressed multiple times throughout both of my services with Victoria I was unhappy with the way she was treating my nails, and the only response I got out of her was that “she has been doing nails for 30 years so she knows what she’s doing” however the health of my nails says otherwise. Do yourself a favor and find a private nail technician that is both 1) up to date on the lates trends and 2) SANITARY.

Julie gives the best pedicures in the USA and I know because I live in NYC and will only go to her. She cares about the health of your nails and skin, and then makes them look GOOD! The salon is calming, super clean, and I love the massage chairs. I love coming here!!

Me and my family recently moved to Old Metairie, this place was recommended to us by others in the area. It was a lovely experience, friendly staff, very clean, great service. My teenage daughters came in prior to me and had great things to say, they treat you like family. We will definitely make this our regular go to spot for Nails!

I’ve been going to Victoria’s for just over two years. I won’t go anywhere else! Best French manicure I’ve ever had – and it’s always perfect. Definitely the best pedicure, too. And the chairs! Goodness! Those massage chairs! Julie, Victoria, and the ladies that work with them do a fantastic job and are so friendly and fun. It’s such a nice break to go visit them and get pampered!

LOVE Victorias Nails! I always feel like family when Im there. I immediately relax when I walk in the door - the people who work there are super sweet. My nails (that are naturally paper thin so they crack and peel) have never looked better and Julie is the best at making suggestions for color - I let her pick every time I go. This place WAS my new favorite nail salon. They are more affordable than most salons and offer all services. Its personal and intimate and the ladies are super friendly. My only wish is that they had a broader dip color selection. And after just 3 days my nails chipped.

The aroma in this nail shop is amazing ! When you step in you feel relaxed. It’s a good place to come after work or if you have an off day. The nail technicians are considerate and do an efficient job.

Ive been coming here for 15 years, and still come back every time I am in town. Ive tried other spots, but nothing stands up to the service here. You will feel like you are part of the family. It can get busy, but they are accommodating with appointments... or let Julie know your schedule/ timeline and she will let you know exactly when to come back- definitely a plus when you are in a rush.

Beautiful, clean and a truly great pedicure!

Too bad my nails look so good, Id love it if everything else was good. Aesthetically the place is relaxing, people are kind. However, I went for dip nails and they had a total of 8 shades to choose from. Thankfully I had a set look in mind and the dip needed only to be shimmery nude. I sat down and she began the filing and soaking process, this is where it turned bad. She applied the soak pad and then instantly took them off and began prying my old dip nail off my nails, along with a layer of my actual nails. I was tearing up and told her she was hurting me and she ignored me and held my hand down. Finally she said Thats how we do it here, no time to wait for soak off. Well now that she had RUINED my natural nails she began buffing them and trimming my nail down. She went roughly and quickly, all the while cutting every fingertip. My index finger was thw worst, she cut deeply into the side of my finger tip. When I said something about it, she said my fingertips were too fatty. Btw, I will mention that I have tiny child hands that are anything but fatty. She filed the shape so roughly that she opened each cut even more to the point that my fingertips were throbbing in pain. It has been 4 days and my fingers still hurt. Once the dip started and the design on the tips was on they looked amazing. She was very good and making the perfect nail, I guess she just doesnt care how badly she hurts you to get there. Ill also note that the tools were not new packaged or in sanitizer. With the cuts Ive been watching for infection. Would not recommend to even take a dog for a nail trim.
