Asked for photo on left and on the right is what i received. she told me she could do the design and then painted all my nails back, then spent 5 mins arguing with the other nail techs on who was going to do the ghost face design. And then while they were doing it they were laughing and going Halloweener Halloweener. I paid $46 the lady should be glad I even gave her a four dollar tip in the first place I just got back home from there and I hit my nail on something and I felt my real nail crack underneath. I am never going here again

I really try not to post bad reviews about establishments, but...Never have I ever received a pedicure that ended with a bleeding toe. And to make matters worse, the attendant used glue instead of neosporin and got MAD when I removed it!!! She tried to insist that it’s medicine and tried to add more! And yes, I left mid-service AFTER THREE REQUESTS for her to let go of my foot that she wanted to “give more medicine”. I have nothing nice to say about the experience, and that’s a first for any establishment that I’ve ever visited. I’m just glad that it’s over. No refund because I had redeemed a gift certificate that was a college graduation gift. Never again.

Nice stuff but i don’t like the work

We went all over to get a pedicure and was unable to find a place this was the only place available they did a fantastic job me and my husband got the king and queen pedicure

I went there before Mother’s Day and got a pedicure and full set . The pedicure was ok but the owner’s husband messed up my nails . I asked for medium length and when the husband started to file my nails they were way too short and the polish was really clumpy. I complained to the owner and she rolled her eyes and continued to defend the husband and didn’t offer me a discount or anything. also the husband got polish all over my hand and when I told him about it he got mad and said it’s because I moved and he tried to remove the polish off my hands with a nail clipper at this point I felt like he was mad and trying to hurt me .I’ve been going to this nail shop for years and I’m never going to this nail shop again

I got short nails done today and she said that it will come to $25 or $30 dollars and I said oh ok that’s fine I can do that but when I got to the cash register she said it will be $45 dollars and I’m like mmmm no that’s not right so she changed me more then I was supposed to be changed I’m not coming here again in tell they get better. Cause I always get Tommy I all ways get him but I got someone else and I don’t like how my nails come out.

Came here a few days ago to get a mani/pedi. I got my nails painted all white. Well, my polish started chipping less than 5 hours later AND my nail polish turned colors! The white on my nails went from white to a light nude color. I’m back today and the guy first tried to blame me for “working with chemicals” which is ludicrous because I don’t work with chemicals AND I’ve been on vacation for two weeks. They’ll try their hardest to blame the customer. Then, the lady gets an attitude and says, “Well, my other customer I never seen this. Maybe gel is better.” So, I told her, “well, I’ve gotten my nails painted white at other shops and they’ve never changed colors like this.” I’m never ever going back to this place. I went because my sister went so I didn’t read through the reviews like I’d normally do. That was a big mistake. The reviews don’t lie! This place is horrible!

I dont know whats going on with them but twice my nails and my daughter nail polish chipped real bad. Our toes and nails chipped after a couple days. It was gel polish on our nails and toes. We will not be back.

I went there the other day for a girls day with my friend and at first it was great. I went to get my feet done, which was great. This lady did an amazing job As soon as I was done I went to get my nails done. I didn’t like how she was working super fast on my nails. They looked very rushed and she didn’t even shape them correctly. She clearly was rushing to get my nail done. If you plan to get your nails done, I’d go elsewhere. This is unexceptional.

My favorite nail place, I come once every two weeks.. Ask for Mrs. Nancy she is the sweetest and gets you done quickly. She does my nails so beautiful everytime. The place is very clean & the workers are friendly. They even offer you complimentary water bottles/sodas! I love the hot rock they use for regular priced pedicures... I recommend this place to everyone because the prices are reasonable, and the environment is so relaxing. I’ve never had a bad experience here for the last year and a half I’ve been going!

I got a full set and gel polish. I noticed she rushed my nails and had polish on my skin it looked so messy, nails were uneven and overall just not a pretty set of nails . Once I addressed her about the way my nails looked she got upset and gave me attitude and told me it was my fault and that she had seen me before and I always did this to her but In reality I had never been to her shop before ! Will absolutely never go back . Horrible service.....!!

A little to rough in the pedicures - the calf massage was more of a beating than relaxing. Chairs felt a bit slimy as did the floors. Not as positive of an experience as my first visit.

My daughter got her nails done for graduation and they look absolutely gorgeous!! It was a good price a well- $27 for a curved ballerina shape. The lady finished in a timely manner and everyone else was nice 👍🏽

I’ve been there a couple times just keep thinking they’ll do a better job, but no they don’t. There too over priced, they don’t cover the nail bed at the bottom so there’s no point in paying $40 every two weeks for something that’s not worth it. Owner is rude. I went to get a regular polish refill, tried to charge me $20 cause my nails were long. Do not recommend.

New to the area and stopped here on my way home to get a full set three days ago. Although I was semi-pleased at the outcome of my nails; after leaving and looking at my nails at least three of them are crooked and they are absolutely falling apart now three days later. They also were not friendly or talkative I tried to engage in conversation with my nail tech more than once and I was given dry answers. It’s safe to say I will not be returning

I paid 60$ for long nails only to receive short nails and was still charged the long nail price. Do not recommend

So I tried to give them the benefit of doubt by going a few times. I have over 1 long natural nails with overlays, I always get gel polish and my toes painted when I get my refills, well...My nails were not done evenly, they were wavy all 3 times I went there. Had polish on my skin in more than one spot. Gel polish was wearing off within the week. On top of that I always had the same services done but the price went up 5.00 each time i went. from 40 then 45 then 50.. and I was done and not going back. I was told because my nails were too long..Very clean place, staff was friendly but not a good job done for the growing price.

The lady who did my nails had a horrible attitude! i was telling her how i wanted my nails and she preceded to do them her way. i also told her one of my nails was crooked, her reply was “mine is too”. i will NEVER go there again!!

My nails ended up WAY too long and really lumpy and thick after he put the acrylic and gel on. Im going to have to get them redone before an event tonight.I went back to get them removed and he argued with me and was really rough. Kept saying that I was wrong and that he didnt know why I was having them removed.

Worst nail experience in a long time. Never returning. Feet French tip looked a mess. Thin, no symmetry with color going in all directions. The attendant kept trying to blame me for her inadequate service as I told her exactly what I wanted before she started, then reminded her again while the horrible experience continued.I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.
