My nails turned out to look good, BUT I went in around 9:15 and asked for a manicure. One of the ladies asked if i could come back at 11am and she documented it in the apt book for me. I came back at 10:50 and wasnt seated until 11:20 after the time they asked me to come back for(11:00am)! Any-who, I asked for a full set with just the standard arylic powder and nothing else, no polish at all. After my nails were done my total was $45.00! I feel thats pricey for a acrylic full set with no polish at all, but top coat as gloss. I just dont see me returning at all. One of the customers even told me how getting a full set with GEL was cheaper than with normal polish. smh

I came here to get my nails done for a wedding a few weeks back and Tyrone did a wonderful job! He made me love my nails again! He took much time and care into making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my nails. My nails still look beautiful and I credit Tyrone for that. Thank you for such a great experience!

I’ve started going to this nail salon since its close to my house. The man (Min) does a good job on my nails but has constantly cut my cuticles on different fingers so I pull back and say it hurts, he pulls my finger back and gets annoyed that I’m in pain! Not once, but the 3 times I’ve visited this place. He doesn’t speak English and seems annoyed every time he does my nails. I went yesterday for the last time. He cut 3 of my cuticles, pressed on the cut with his bare dirty hands and yanked my finger closer so he could finish. He was rude when I went to pay, snatched the money out of my hand, shorted me $10 and when I asked he said oh and handed me the $10. I said thank you and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Never will I come back to this unsanitary salon. There are far too many salons to come back here to get treated like trash.You guys suck at customer service. Shame on you.

Athena nails is a good spot for a pedicure, manicure, gel nail, and acrylics. The spa pedicure includes a leg scrub and hot towel, which is really relaxing. I like all the nail techs however the gentlemen is the best at creating coffin shaped nails. The others are more square round.

The products on my nails are great and last a decent amount for what I pay, but service is not so good. I feel like they dont want people to go especially the man there, I didnt catch his name,however he seems bothered to do the work.

Tee and Tyrone are good HANNA ON THE OTHER HAND GIVES U WHAT SHE THINK IS PLEASING TO HER EVEN IF YOU TELL HER YOUR NOT PLEASED! Tee fixed my nails without a problem just as Hanna should have! Oh and the first nail tech had a runny nose and when I️ said I’ll wait for tee ms Hanna decided to say all of them have a runny nose .... meaning none of them would be able to do it.... been coming here for years 6-7 matter of fact but Hanna would be the cause I️ stop

T and Tyrone are amazing. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I love Athena nails because they are ALWAYS on top of the trends! I highly recommend and plan to continue coming here as long as the service and quality remains!

Athena’s nails is by far the best nail salon in New Orleans . They know how to do the perfect shape, nice and thin, unlike any other salon . They are very gentle and nails last a very long time . I just was very skeptical about choosing a new nail shop after the previous one I was going to started to become very rude and rough, but after reading the reviews here I decided to give them a try. Tyrone was very nice and did and excellent job on my pedicure. Not to mention Thuy (pronounced Twee) did an amazing job on my nails. I asked for coffin shape, and she made them look as natural as possible.Update: Went in for a refill on Monday, today is Saturday and one of my nails just completely popped off! They were not done by Twee this time, but by the other young lady. Very disappointed, will not be returning.Update: Two nails popped, and polish on toes is completely gone. Save your time and money.

I went there to get dip on my hand and some days later I found out I got a Infection there I don’t recommend them at all I do have a friend that went there also with her bf to get Toes done and her bf got a infection on his toe to .. that tells me The material to use Are not clean at all
