They were very clear and forthcoming about the repair process. The price was actually much less than other, similar stores in the area.The store has a huge selection of cases and accessories, and it’s convenient to both the front and rear mall entrances. No cause for complaints here, just excellent local service from a knowledgeable staff.

I cracked my phone today and I’m not kidding, I got the best service I’ve ever gotten in one of these situations. The man who fixed my phone for me also answered my call and was very helpful, when I got to the store he had a ton of knowledge and was able to answer every question I had, and he was so nice on top of it all. Great time, 10/10. I hope I don’t have to get my phone fixed again but if I do, I’ll definitely come back to this store :)

Went in to ask a question about screen repair and the man behind the counter literally mocked me. Needless to say i left and went elsewhere.

I called today at 130pm to ask about a data transfer for a broken screen on my Note 8. The gentlemen told me I would have to replace the screen, and that they do not do data transfers. He abruptly hung up while I was still talking, and he was extremely rude. The other cell phone repair shops do offer this service. However, I do understand that different businesses specialize or offer didnt services. I would not recommend this business based off the sole principal that the employee acted as if he had no time for a potential customer.

Underhanded and dishonest purchase a battery charger for my son I ask was it fully charged he said it should be charge. it was not I tried to return it 5 min later and he tells me all sales are finale not a place to do business with. beside a lot of their items in the store are over priced I have purchased the same items on Amazon a lot less too.

Did a complex iPhone 6 backlight repair for me now my phone is working like brand new. Also revived my old Galaxy s3 that had a bad charging port...Highly recommend! Technicians do great work.

Last week I had a major problem with my smartphone and you quickly resolved, determined, what was causing the problem. You promptly provided relief to me, assurance to me, that my smartphone could be repaired. I extremely appreciate that you obtained for me the necessary replacement part and installed it, all very promptly and reasonably priced. Again Thank You, particularly since the company that sold me the phone said my phone could not be repaired and I needed to buy a replacement. Per your repair, my smartphone is now working like new again. All this per your professionalism and with such courteous service too.

Do yourself a favor donnt do business with these people.Dropped off an Ipad mini to have the cracked screen replaced. When we went to pick it up my granddaughter wanted her ipad case put back on. Thought the technician was just being nice when he rushed to put it on even though we told him it wasnt necessary. Once back home, her mother looked at the ipad and noticed that the screen was cracked.She called Isupply the next day and was told that the technician would have to decide if it would be replaced. After leaving multiple messages someone finally called back almost a week later and pretty much called her a liar.The person on the phone finally offered her a token percent off to redo the $150 service again. Needless to say we wont be going back.
