Harold was very helpful giving advice on the option of repairing my HP printer or replacing it.

Called Best Tech for issues with my HP Laser printer. Harold helped me troubleshoot issues over the phone, and even looked up the price of my printer to see if it would be worth it to come and fix it or buy a new printer. It doesn’t get any more honest than that. I decided to bring my printer in, he took a quick look and diagnosed me at a really great price. He walked me through the whole process too, and explained things very simply, but thoroughly. Definitely would recommend.

After my computer was checked in the office, it was agreed that certain repairs would need to be done and I could pick it up the next morning. I found out the next day that after the tech started working, he found more issues that my antique, 8 years old, HP needed to change and it was done at no additional cost. Great computer service and customer service.

Harold went out of his way to help me locate an AC adapter for my sons laptop who had just started college in New Orleans. My son called me in California saying his charger had been severed and I spent many unsuccessful hours trying to find a replacement since he did not have the time. Then I searched for local computer repair shops and came upon Best Tech Computer Service. Harold quickly returned my call and after checking his inventory he went out of his way searching online and found one on Amazon which I ordered and worked perfectly! Harold Dulitz is the kindest and most patient tech person Ive ever had the privilege of doing business with. He spent several hours working on my computer at night, changing his plans to be with his family at a sports event, to help me out in an emergency. Needed my HP 8600 printer looked at to find out why it quit working. After cleaning the ink off the sensors and seemed to think the MB was bad. He got at the right angle to see a sheet of paper crumpled up in the bad corner out of plain sight. First problem solved. Now how did it get there?THANKS, you were great and inexpensive!!!!!

I recently reached out to this company for help with my HP Color Laser Jet Printer which sadly was barely 2 years old but of course no longer under warranty. I was getting an error code that was not listed via HPs troubleshooting section online and there were varying posts online on what the issue could be. I left a message which was returned within an hour and then Harold spent considerable time discussing with me what he thought my issue could be but admitted he wasnt 100% certain. He offered to call up HP the next morning to confirm his suspicions. He asked me to call him back the next morning once he had some time to reach out to HP. I did as asked and Harold did confirm that his suspicions were correct and my issue was motor related (he even went so far as to print out the specs on the inner workings of my printer just to see what it would entail to repair). He indicated that by the time the part was paid for and his time to do the repair (which bare in mind are all plastic and dicey to repair at best) it would probably be cheaper to just replace it. So disappointing for me but so grateful to Harold for his knowledge but more so for his honesty. He could have easily said he could repair it and presented me with a hefty repair bill. So THANK YOU to Harold and Best Tech for being a wonderful honest corporate citizen.

I am a computer specialist who works for a very-well-known organization here in New Orleans. Im the guy everyone brings their dead computers to. When Im stumped, or when my own stuff breaks, I go to Harold. Ive referred dozens of people to Best Tech, in fact I just referred another person (with a dead hard drive) to Harold mere moments ago.
