Today I met with ITSME to discuss inconsistencies the upload and download speed of my offices internet. After reviewing my system and statements they discovered that I still had DSL service, and that although I had requested fiber optics it had only been partially installed in 2019. They were able to work with the provider, and our installation will be completed on Thursday. Outstanding attention to detail and follow up. As a new client, they are now highly recommended by us.
