MY HONDA IS A LEMON... It jumped into reverse all by itself, knocked me down to the ground and then rolled over my ankle. I have a plate and 13 screws in my leg and foot !!! Honda Corporation does not want to compensate me for the actions of my Honda CRV. They told me all I need to do is use the emergency brake every time I park... All I did was take the key out of the ignition! I was also told, you cannot take the key out of the ignition with the car on. The car was Off and in Park. Please read up on Park to Reverse or False Park. They should be held responsible for faulty equipment !!!!!!

I Love Royal Honda! I came in for an oil change. My appointment time was 2:30. I was in and out, and the price was more than competitive with those other oil change places. Friendly staff, too!

Made appointment 3 weeks ago and still waited 4 hour just for assessment which was wrong waited another 2hrs to tell me what was needed to be done & then to tell me the part was not in-stock. Wanted me to come back the next day. A whole 8hrs wasted

I operate a fleet of vehicles and have had experience at many dealerships and mechanics. Rarely (maybe never) have I seen such a high profile dealership service center literally fail at every aspect - scheduling, quality, and customer service.I scheduled 2 recalls for a Honda to be done in one visit. Parts were ordered. I brought it in the following week. After the car sat there all day, only after I called, they let me know the part never got in so they only did one recall. Strike 1.I got a text message 3 days later on Thursday saying the part was in. I called, texted, emailed, no responses. We brought the car in any way and were told it would be ready by next morning. I asked them to mount 2 new tires as well - hey maybe you can do me a solid for my time wasted, well our guys are wanna get paid. Fine. Im in a hurry, Ill overpay to get it done.Friday: no contact. We called in the afternoon, they said they would call when it was done in an hour. No call. Strike 2.Monday. Text twice. Finally get a response saying it was done. Pick it up, drive off. Immediately notice a) the random plastic clip on the floor that once probably held a panel in my car, b) that the car vibrating in the seat and rear end- an obvious sign the rear wheel were not balanced correctly, and c) that the stereo is in theft mode and locked out. Strike 3.I drove back to Honda. The manager was too busy to talk to me and then he went to lunch (at 2:30). They fixed the stereo issue quickly. I told them to forget the tires they screwed up and they agreed with no argument. Strike 4.We brought it directly to a tire shop. They rebalanced in 10 minutes at half the cost. Vibration gone.So Royal Honda, I want to get paid.$55 refund for the failed tire mount and balancing.$20 for additional Uber ride$30 for my 2 employees who drove the car back and forth an extra time and then to the tire shop.

I came in for a recall on my car.Never got a call, text or email that my car was done.Usually when I get parts they do.Maybe its because I wasnt paying this time. Idk.The staff was nice just reeeeaally slow.They had to dig my car out to get 2 it or something like that..I was told.

I went in for regular maintenance and they found that my under warranty battery was defective. Replaced no charge the next morning. Third time here, first two very good this last time excellent!

Had the tires rotated and they didnt check my air in the tires so when i had my dad check them my 2 front tires and drivers side back tire 22 pounds and the back passenger had 51 psi...smh..
