I cancelled a Workmans Comp policy on 5/14 and Travelers still drafted my bank account for the renewal premium on 5/19 for over $2000.00. I called to ask them to stop the transaction and they stated their system will not allow that and they will refund the money in 20 days. They gave me the option to provide them with a bank statement to expedite the refund process.

Website features could be simplified to make correspondence easier.
