I lost everything I owned from a flood in 2016. I purchased an old truck and needed some basic insurance. I sought quotes on the internet. Harold from the Kimberly Bergeron agency was the first agent to give me a call. It was a tough time in my life and Harold was very patient, very knowledgeable and offered great rates. Things have certainly improved and Im still with this agency that helped get through a rough stretch of road. They still have a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff and they still have great rates . This is the only agency Ive used that actually does what the others only claim to do!

I dealt with John L here and everything was done quickly and efficiently. They even had to make adjustments for something that wasnt originally coming up correctly from the manufacturer VIN, but was able to correct things and make sure I had my truck covered correctly.
