More than a month after filling a claim for hurricane Ida damage we are still waiting for the adjuster’s report. Contractors are on hold and mold is spreading throughout the house. I have contacted the national Catastrophe team, our claim manager and the local office trying to get someone to help me on too many occasions to number. Instead of answers I get an auto response saying someone will contact me within 24 hours and I’m still waiting. Allstate has been my moms insurance company her entire adult life and she’s 95 years old. It says a lot about the company that after taking her premium all these years, when she needs them they are too busy to help. What I get are missed appointments and lies. I’m not feeling like she’s “in good hands” at all!

Follow ups are remarkable and customer service is over the roof!
