I know I cant be the only one. Great driving record, paid every month on time for years without ever making a claim. Rates went up every year, hard to get ahold of anyone, and no accident forgiveness. My rates went up significantly, especially my deductible, even though I was not at fault(hit and run). And when I cancelled, they kept trying to take money out of my account. Then they sent it to collections, even though I had cancelled.
