Debbie Braquet, my new Allstate agent has been incredible. After 30 years with Liberty Mutual, their customer service became increasingly horrific. Debbie is readily available, which is a breath of fresh air. She discussed having my children taking a defensive driving course. I had done one recently through work. She worked with me and ultimately the premium I am paying now is significantly cheaper with comparable coverage. She sent a Liberty Mutual a letter to sever my ties with them. I have reached out to her several times and receive prompt, professional, advice. She’s delightful to speak with. I lament I didn’t do this years ago. To have an agent I trust and one that serves my best interests in mind is calming! I thought those days were over, but not with Allstate.
