Chad and Rick are the most professional insurance brokers my wife and I have ever worked with! Chad went out of his way to get us the best insurance on our boat and our home. Unfortunately, we had to make a water claim on our house this year. Chad and Rick were with us on the phone every day for weeks making sure the home insurance company got us the proper funds to make the repairs. When I walked into the office Joy started helping me with quoting for homeowners insurance and Frankie eventually came into her office to help with the flood insurance. He is the guy to go for the flood insurance! He researched & made phone calls to find the best rate for me. Tracey had three competitive quotes from me in less than 24 hours, and Chelsea was able to answer all of my questions to put my mind at ease regarding coverage.By combining my auto and homeowners insurance policy, they were also able to cut my car insurance rate in half versus the outrageous rates I had been paying with Geico (which is the best rate I could find of the major car insurance carriers--Allstate, State Farm, etc.).

Really unfortunate experience. I contacted them in October 2016. I asked to speak to Tracy Rogers, but she was unavailable, so I spoke to Frank Caminita. I gave him my info and he sent me a quote. A week or so later I got a weird call from Rick Rogers, telling me there had been a mistake on my quote. I called back several times to speak to Frank or Tracy and no one ever returned my calls. To this day, I have never had a call back or an explanation. Very odd
