This company is a complete ripoff!!! My mother has been paying over $5800 per year for homeowners insurance for over 4+ years and i found better insurance for 60% cheaper and she now has better coverage that she had with this company. When I told her to cancel her new policy because I found her a new and better policy, they told her that they found a cheaper policy only after she confronted them about how they were stealing her money. STAY AWAY from this company

Called Dan to see about saving on my homeowners. Spoke with a lady named Stephanie S and she stayed on the phone with me until the quote came back. Kept asking my agent to find a way to lower one of my policies and finally checked another independent agency which took the time to check if permits had been pulled more recently than what was listed on my policy and bam my rate went down significantly. So I took my thousands of dollars of policies elsewhere.

Stephanie Billiot mangled my commercial policy. I have noticed in my most recent dealings with her that she is slow to get back with you, almost forgetful and derelict in her duties. I would not say the agency itself is bad but I wouldnt recommend Stephanie Billiot in commercial for anything. Beware!!!
